I travel a lot, stayed in hotels privately, but this is the first time I see this. . .
I very rarely write reviews, but this time, leaving with tears in my eyes, I decided to tell you how it went.
I booked house number 3 from 8 to 9 December.
When I checked in, the receptionist gave me a bunch of documents where I had to sign (contract, rules of residence, inventory list, prices for them, etc. ) I don’t remember exactly. To be honest, after the road you don’t read much ??? ? I want to come and relax, but it was not there. All the rules for which I signed (there were many) were written in small print, which was very inconvenient to read. Naturally, in order to settle in and relax faster, I signed and didn’t read much. And the administrator, whose job is to convey information to the guest, naturally did not tell anything.
Here they give me a list of inventory, where I have to sign. For a second, I thought, turned on my head... but where is my copy? To which the indignant administrator said: “Now we will make a photocopier. ”
Having completed all the documents, we successfully got to the house, and I thought . . let me check if all the inventory is on the list. 3rd position - there was a vase, it was not. After that, I decided to call the maid (although this also turned out to be a problem, not a single phone worked). Having solved the problem with the phone, I got through to the reception. The maid came quickly, I opened the list to her and showed that there was a vase on the list, but not in the room. To which I was told that they are not in standard rooms (but they are on the list), after which she said that the most important thing is to look at the glasses in stock, forks, plates. But excuse me, I came to rest, and I still have to count glasses? The maid muttered under her breath, “6 glasses, 6 plates, 6 forks”, etc. I didn’t listen to her at that moment, because. I thought that she herself would check everything on the list. After checking, she left, and we began to relax with our relatives.
The stay was good, if not for the next day - check out day. Here it started, when checking the room, one glass and one plate were missing (naturally, we, as cultured people, did not beat them and did not take them). And then I felt like I was covered in mud.
I never spoil the property of the hotel, I always clean up my room to leave a good impression. And then this glass with a plate ????
After searching the whole house, I realized that nothing could be done, I would have to go to the reception and pay. I understand everything, I did not check, and I'm to blame. But that's okay, they sorted it out with a plate and a glass... then another heroic moment formed.
In the morning I decided to pamper my goddaughter, shoot a cracker. And when the maid saw the confetti, she explained that according to the rules of the hotel it was impossible to do this, and that it would be necessary to pay for the garbage.
I understand that the maid is also not a robot and she will have to clean everything, I agreed with this.
Arriving at the reception, we saw a picture: 2 men with a naked torso staged a hand-to-hand fight. Analyzing the situation, we stepped aside to be hurt. And so they stayed for 10 minutes. Neither the guards nor the manager - no one came up to separate these men. After waiting for a while, I squeezed through to the reception, and then I was finally upset, I was billed 250? ($125)! A little dumbfounded, I began to understand why?

2. I opened instant coffee in bags (it was included in the mini-bar) for the first time I encounter this. Instant coffee in the minibar.
3. It is not known where the dishes disappeared

Turning on my head, I began to figure out why they didn’t say that it was impossible to clap crackers on the territory of the house? To which the administrator answered me: “But you signed. ”
Dishes girls, as if forgiven...
Not agreeing to pay for crackers, because a cleaning lady in Minsk costs 5-10 USD per hour, with the help of my friends I found a cleaning lady nearby, who came and cleaned the territory.
After spending 2 hours on all these proceedings, I concluded that this is the last time I came to Robinson. (Before that, there were also moments, but I closed my eyes to everything).
I want to say a big “thank you” to the hotel management and staff for leaving such an impression and a bad mood about this beautiful place.
P. S thank you that there are deer on the territory, although they delight and bring positive emotions.
The water in the "sea" is clean, transparent, we saw a lot of fish, and in general everything is clean, Belarus in a word.
The rooms are very large, very comfortable beds, the furniture is all new and comfortable, stylish interior, 5 *!
Meals: Two very stylish restaurants and a lobby bar. There are no questions about the kitchen, everything is very tasty!
The room was cleaned perfectly, all the requests of the maids and the girls at the reception were fulfilled immediately, thanks to them for that!
From the nuances: Certain nuances with the organization in the hotel, but this is due to the fact that the hotel is new, I have no doubt that everything will be settled.

What I would like is an equipped beach.
