INFORMATION FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEES. Don't do this for ANYTHING. We worked for a month, because we could no longer withstand the boorish attitude in our direction from employers. They want workers to take extra hours for which, in the end, they don't even get paid extra. If you, God forbid, say a word to them, you will remain an enemy until the end of your working season. We were moved from room to room, we were threatened, they said that they would sue us, that the migration service would look for us. All this was done in front of other employees in order to intimidate them and so that they would work to the end and not dare to leave. The whole contract, all promises - everything is fictitious and no one is going to fulfill it. As a result, we were all paid 2 times less than promised, deducted from us because they supposedly agreed with someone about our arrival, deducted money for us for documents, insurance and did not give money for travel. We worked there almost for free for a month. The most annoying thing is that I have been working for 3 years in Bulgaria and only this time I came across such unscrupulous employers.
NOW INFORMATION FOR HOLIDAYERS. We personally witnessed such situations: 1) a clean spoon fell on the floor in a restaurant - they picked it up, wiped it with their hands and put it back in a container with cutlery so that people could eat from it; 2) an employee dropped a whole pallet of nuggets - he picked them up and put them back, took them out to a restaurant for people; 3) she frankly hates everyone who has the slightest claims and expresses them to the manager Leila behind her back; 4) they don't like people who come to BB and HB because they pay less money and tell maids to change bed linen less often for such people; 5) often when people came to the reception to report some kind of malfunction in the room and asked them to fix something, the reception administrator passed these requests to Leila and often she answered them like this: "WAIT".
In general, this is only a part of what we had to observe and experience. Draw your own conclusions.

Liked the hotel. We arrived at 4 in the morning, check-in from 2 o'clock, asked to pay extra 50 euros, I paid extra and we were immediately settled. I liked the number. The food is super - workers in gloves, everything is fresh, there were practically no queues. Alcohol is good. Variety in the menu and drinks. The pool is not deep, the last few days was dirty. The hotel is located on a mountain, I recommend a free shuttle to the Nirvana beach for families of the elderly and with small children, it is very beautiful there. Friendly staff, many thanks to the hotel administrator for the donated lunch on the last day!!! An excellent combination of price and quality. I recommend.

The windows of one of the rooms (218) faced south (the road in front of the hotel). The sun has always been here. And the windows of the second room (219) faced the north side.

This side of the national park. This room was a bit dark in the evening. I had to turn on the lights after 3pm. The rooms had a refrigerator and a 14-inch CRT TV. They showed the programs of Channel One, NTV, RTVi, our cinema. These programs are in Russian. There are programs in Bulgarian, German, Romanian, French and English, Turkish television programs and a program in Arabic. The fridge is small but very decent. Worked fine all the time. Towels were changed twice in the 12 days of our stay. Cleaning was done superficially every day. Soap and shampoo were laid out after numerous reminders, but not always. It was not critical for us. We took soap and shampoo from Russia. Tourists from Romania lived with us at the beginning. There were long queues in the dining room for food. I read about this in the reviews of tourists. There were also long queues at the bar. Romanians are still those drunks. Even elderly grandmothers took three or four glasses of wine. The bar had martinis, rum, mint liqueur, raki, mastic, vodka, beer, various juices, Cola, Sprite. All Bulgarian production. There were various salads, a wonderful vegetable soup, various meat dishes (chicken, beef, pork), there were always potatoes, buckwheat cooked in water, pasta. Excellent Bulgarian yoghurt (sour milk) for breakfast, muesli, Nesquik-type balls, corn flakes - all this for breakfast. The food is good for a budget hotel in my opinion. There was enough food for everyone. There was a coffee machine. There is always a queue for coffee. And big. I didn't like coffee. Somewhat chilly. Tea is always in bags black, green, fruit, phyto. There were no teaspoons. Sugar was stirred with plastic sticks. For us it was not critical. The tea is good. There was a "Yupi" type fruit drink machine. In the reviews, tourists wrote about chips on the plates. It happened, about poorly washed dishes, and it happened. We looked closely at all this. The hotel has billiards (free), table tennis (extra charge). There are two computer places in the lobby. There is a small pool. The water is cold. We didn't swim in the pool. Tourists wrote that the water in the pool smelled like bleach. We didn't notice it. There was a shower by the pool. From the hotel, according to the schedule, the bus took tourists to the Nirvana beach. The beach is located at the very end or beginning of the resort. Tourists wrote in reviews that this beach was chosen by nudists. We didn't go to this beach. We walked on our own. The road is about a kilometer. Under the highway there is an underpass. Golden Sands themselves can be walked from end to end in an hour at a leisurely pace, which I did, but this is only along the embankment. Just like in Sochi, the town itself is located in terraces, climbing the mountain. Trains go for those who are tired. Lots of cafes. Swimming pool, what is next to the hotel, it is difficult to call. I have never seen people want to swim in it. I plunged into the sea a couple of times, the water is warm and clean. The hotel has internet for 1 hour - 2.50 leva.
