INFORMATION FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEES. Don't do this for ANYTHING. We worked for a month, because we could no longer withstand the boorish attitude in our direction from employers. They want workers to take extra hours for which, in the end, they don't even get paid extra. If you, God forbid, say a word to them, you will remain an enemy until the end of your working season. We were moved from room to room, we were threatened, they said that they would sue us, that the migration service would look for us. All this was done in front of other employees in order to intimidate them and so that they would work to the end and not dare to leave. The whole contract, all promises - everything is fictitious and no one is going to fulfill it. As a result, we were all paid 2 times less than promised, deducted from us because they supposedly agreed with someone about our arrival, deducted money for us for documents, insurance and did not give money for travel. We worked there almost for free for a month. The most annoying thing is that I have been working for 3 years in Bulgaria and only this time I came across such unscrupulous employers.

We personally witnessed such situations: 1) a clean spoon fell on the floor in a restaurant - they picked it up, wiped it with their hands and put it back in a container with cutlery so that people could eat from it; 2) an employee dropped a whole pallet of nuggets - he picked them up and put them back, took them out to a restaurant for people; 3) she frankly hates everyone who has the slightest claims and expresses them to the manager Leila behind her back; 4) they don't like people who come to BB and HB because they pay less money and tell maids to change bed linen less often for such people; 5) often when people came to the reception to report some kind of malfunction in the room and asked them to fix something, the reception administrator passed these requests to Leila and often she answered them like this: "WAIT".
