After such cases, these seemingly lovely ladies, chirping in Russian, abruptly cease to understand not only Russian speech, but also English and German (tested on themselves). The most interesting thing happens when you want to meet the hotel administration, these are the "men in black", not everyone has the honor to know them, even the hotel manager is unaware of their existence. It is very difficult to achieve any intelligible answers, not everyone is even lucky to hear an apology addressed to them.
