Bulgaria is the 90s of Russia. Yesterday I flew in from Varna. The most negative memories remained from the hotel: the room was never cleaned at all, only once the garbage was removed from the trash can. Bed linen was not changed, I ran for three days for the duty officer with only one purpose - to get towels.

The most negative memories remained from the hotel: the room was never cleaned at all, only once the garbage was removed from the trash can. Bed linen was not changed, I ran for three days for the duty officer with only one purpose - to get towels. Floors - textile coating. They are already so saturated with moisture and sand that it is absolutely impossible to breathe in the room. I was suffocating, and my grandson slept very badly at night. The balcony was never cleaned at all.
There was a table of dubious appearance. There were no chairs. The fridge in the room either cooled or heated. Just awful!!!
Around the pool, the floors are covered with large tiles (I'm not a builder and I don't know the correct name for this coating) This coating is always wet and slippery. Both adults and children fell.
Conclusion: never!! !

Rested in Golden Sands at the Holliday Park Hotel (Helios Park). Now it is 4*, not 3*. Liked it very much. The building is new, good location: not far from the center, but not on the "Party Street" itself (the name of the central street of Golden Sands). We had a view of the sea, although on the other side the windows overlooked the park.

The room has new furniture, shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning (individual), telephone. There is a balcony. Cleaned up every day.
All In, the food is delicious! Many dishes, there were always fruits. The bar is open all day long, where you can always eat pastries, ice cream, take juice, water, wine...

We had a rest in August, it was very beautiful warm weather. Hotel 3 * is not bad (there are only three hotels in the complex 3 *, 4 *, 5 *). Although advertising sites give it out with the same amenities as 4 * and 5 *. There are no air conditioners in three stars. The food for breakfast is the same, lunch and dinner are varied.

The territory is large, shared with 4 * and 5 * hotels, drinks by the pools for all tourists. Cleaned daily, water in the refrigerator was constantly delivered. In the bar (at the reception), young bartenders are not always friendly, and bartender girls are normal to everyone.
We visited Nessebar - a great town, interesting (old Bulgaria). Cape Kaliakra - the view is beautiful, dolphins were seen from the cape. The Residence of Queen Mary and the Botanical Gardens are impressive. After the tour, everyone was taken to dinner in an open-air restaurant in the forest, the tables were huge with food and wine. Entertainment program and disco, everyone had fun. At 10 pm the buses leave, the Russians demanded the continuation of the banquet.
From the hotel there is a water park nearby (5-10 minutes walk), the child had plenty of fun on the slides. Have a great rest!

the rooms are quite decent, that is, they correspond to the 3 * category. Maybe not the best quality renovation in the bathroom, but it is clear that everything has been updated. Cleaning every day, soap, clean towels - everything was there. So for the price it's pretty good. The staff is very hospitable and friendly.

The staff is very hospitable and friendly. And most importantly - completely free access to a wonderful swimming pool and other infrastructure that Crown Plaza shares with a 4 * hotel built in the complex. The prices in the bar near the pool are quite normal, lower than in Moscow eateries (orange juice - 60 rubles, cocktails with alcohol - about 120, everything is beautifully decorated). The hotel rested mostly British, Dutch, Germans and Israelis - a pleasant company, and without drunken Russian brawls and "Moscow Nights" at night under the windows.
The hotel is also located a 2-minute walk from the main party line of the resort, while directly under the windows it is quite calm.
So we had a very good rest, and the Cron Plaza pool was so comfortable and fun that we only went to the sea a couple of times : -)))
So for those who are looking for a middle-class hotel with good service and comfortable conditions, I highly recommend it!
