To begin with, the weather in Bulgaria is not much different from the weather in Ukraine. That is, if it rains in the Crimea, then this is also possible there. So, September. we decided to go on vacation. we left Ukraine with adventures, I will not go into details, we drove through Romania, spent the night there, and the next evening we were on Golden Sands (the resort complex "Chaika"). as a heavy downpour began to pour down. due to the inexperience of the driver, we almost drove the whole bus into the abyss at a sharp mountain turn. my girlfriend was very upset. I started encouraging her. and now the long-awaited moment. hotel accommodation. The lobby was also flooded with water, as the glass roof was leaking. the hotel has two lifts. one of them did not work intermittently. we got the keys to the top floor room with sea view. the landscape was spoiled by construction in the foreground. I would also like to note that the water in the tap was cold for 20-30 minutes, which added negativity to our already bad mood. By the way, the bathroom is combined (washbasin + toilet bowl + mixer built into the wall). There was no bath, shower or even a curtain. water from the shower poured all over the shower, the hole in the tile was clogged and we almost floated in the shower. the toilet was constantly wet, because it was near the faucet. now about the bed. well, God bless him, that we changed it for a week of stay only once. But there was a fridge in the room.
The cleaning lady never showed up in our room. The sand on the path was never removed.
I will add a few words about feeding. The buffet provided that the first to arrive would receive new sausages and a new sausage, and those who would arrive later would eat yesterday's. All the food was not heated, straight from the fridge. what to say about pieces of sticky vermicelli? in Kyiv, even in the cheapest eatery, and then the dishes are served hot.

There was no variety in food. served the same food every day. Vermicelli, sausages, sausage, cheese, chopped pieces of pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers. those who were on a diet were offered to taste milk porridge on cereal. no alcohol from drinks. only powder compotes and tea.
in general, the hotel was not satisfied. I advise everyone who wants to save money to look for a normal hotel first, and then arrange a tender between tour operators.
