The hotel was chosen by friends. Were going to go for the company. But when I read the reviews, I was horrified (insects in the rooms, rude staff, the rooms are not cleaned, the food is terrible, etc. ). In reality, fortunately, everything turned out to be the opposite. They settled earlier (at 12.00), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed is changed every 4 days, towels are cleaned when you ask, if you hang a special sign, and the balcony is washed every day (seagulls are regularly observed there). Food can be better, sometimes worse, but neither we nor the children were hungry. We concluded for ourselves that it was necessary to take "all inclusive". Special delight - the beach! There are not many people (real Europeans do not go further than the pool), the water is wonderful, clean and blue. Especially good on the beach from 6 to 9. Go, by the way, 15 minutes down and 20-15 back. In general, we had a wonderful rest!
Special thanks to the director of the hotel Albena. He speaks excellent Russian (and not only) language, quickly responds to all requests and wishes.
Of the "minuses" of the hotel - the lack of a ban on smoking. When you yourself do not smoke and relax with a child, it is very annoying.
