The tablecloths are dirty, there are crumbs and drops from soup and ketchup all around. the bed in the rooms, with the rules of change every four days, was not changed even once. Not to mention cleaning the bathroom. Cleaning their room meant changing the toilet paper and wiping the sand off the floor with a wet rag in prominent places. The elevator worked intermittently during the entire check-in. And it's in an 11-story building. The pool is small with 10 sun loungers. That is, a sun lounger per floor))). The hotel does not have any means to provide medical assistance to the vacationer, even bandages and cotton wool. Nobody cares about insurance. Wi-fi in the hotel is paid and bad. But the most disgusting thing is the rudeness of the staff: in the restaurant, at the reception, in the lobby bar. Everyone acts like you owe them money and haven't been around for a long time. "The rooms also leave much to be desired: Shabby walls, mold, shabby furniture, washed linen of an indefinite age, it is useless to complain about something, of course they will listen to you carefully, at best. If you are going to this hotel, do not take all inclusive, one breakfast is enough, but you can have a normal lunch on the street, there are a lot of cafes on every corner, at least they won’t poison them, and the prices are real. As for the sea, do not go to the central beach to swim, most of the beach is paid, you have to huddle on a narrow strip of sand near the sea, where they will step over you all the time, breathe on you with fumes and tobacco smoke, some vacationer who brazenly threw his rugclose to yours. But not everything is so bad. We found a beach where you can easily bask on the sand and swim in a calm sea without waves. If you go to the right from the central beach, literally 100 m, there will be a Riviera hotel beach, there is enough free space on the sand and an abandoned pier blocks the beach from a big wave, the sea is calm there, an ideal place for swimming with children. Despite all the inconveniences, the overall impression of Bulgaria remained good, we will gladly go again, but not to this hotel.
