After reading good reviews we chose this hotel as one of the best. BUT comparing the price and quality were disappointed. We were brought to the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning, check-in was not earlier than 14 o'clock. 20 meters (as in the catalog) is the beach of another hotel. Astera beach is located to the left of the hotel, 150 meters. on the beach there is no toilet, shower and even a simple tap to wash the sand off your feet. absolutely everyone has access to the beach, and on the 1st line from the sea, anyone is absolutely free on their bedspreads and this makes it difficult to access the water. There are enough sun loungers, but there are no mattresses on them. The room itself is good, but the cleaning is disgusting. just make the bed and take out the trash. there is a carpet on the floor that will be vacuumed only when you poke your finger, on the 5th day we asked to replace the bed, which caused great displeasure of the staff. plumbing is not cleaned. No bathrobe and slippers provided. No one in the hotel understands Russian, they only speak English and Bulgarian. Most vacationers are Romanians, many Arabs. There are no complaints about the food, varied, tasty. As for the snack - 2-3 types of cookies, apples and oranges.... For ultra inclusive poor. snack only until 18:00. drinks until 23:00.
