The hotel consists of 3 buildings: Acacia, Gladiola and Gladiola Star. 2 hulls 3 star and one 4 star, which is pretty weird. The hotel has its advantages and disadvantages. Its very favorable location, 5 minutes from the sea. The staff is polite, but does not speak Russian well. The hotel has poor sound insulation, or rather it does not exist at all. German youth who came drunk at night woke up all the inhabitants of the hotel. In general, the hotel is very youthful, noisy, suitable for companies, young people. I liked it. Golden Sands is a very rich and fabulous resort, only a little expensive. It is necessary to take all inclusive, it will be cheaper.

If the water does not drain very well, it can flood the entire room (this is exactly what happened to us) There are cup holders at the washbasin, but there are no cups themselves, there is nowhere to put toothbrushes. There is no shelf by the shower, no soap, no gel, no sponge. this is also a luxury. As for the food, I can say that the dinners are quite decent, in the sense that there is plenty to choose from hot: meat, chicken, liver, fish. But it is strange: in the country of vegetables, you can see pasta, potatoes and rice as a side dish in abundance, and vegetables are rare and not varied. From cold cuts: tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. Peppers were not seen, salads are the same set, only with cheese, or yesterday's pasta with mayonnaise and with the addition of half-eaten ham, greens and, in principle, everything. From fruits - watermelon and nectarines, once or twice we saw apples. With breakfast х already. In the first three days, everything seemed cool to us - we were satisfied and satisfied. But by the 4th day I switched to coffee and yogurt, since every single day there are eggs in different forms and absolutely the same sausages, I could no longer. They have never made any pancakes, for example, what the children ate I don’t understand at all. True, such tiny puff pastries or rolls with cheese were baked almost every day. Here they are with coffee and saved. They were cleaned every day, although soap and shampoo were put out once upon arrival, but these are trifles. The territory is almost absent, but the one that is in complete ruin. The local barchik doesn’t even pull for a top three - beer, instead of 330 grams, God forbid, they pour 200, they tried cocktails, to be honest, they give it away with a screwdriver. Yes, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are paid! Yes, and the pool is microscopic. In other hotels by the pool, everything is free! But the most vile thing is that they steal! The hotel has a safe at the reception, but such a strange form of payment is a week, two weeks, etc. We rested 10 days, but every day we flatly refused to calculate the cost. What is the problem I don't know. As a result, we paid for 1 week, but as soon as we handed over the keys, all the money disappeared from the room the next day! We never saw anyone in the corridors except vacationers and staff, we are sure that the staff themselves steal! with a nasty mood. Well, in general, that's all. There are a lot of hotels, but I really don’t advise this one, too many disappointments. Look for something more positive in the reviews, good luck to everyone in your search!

Most of the staff did not speak Russian well. But to explain it is quite realistic.
Prices for excursions offered at the hotel are 1.5-2 times higher than on the beach.

Once again, back to the location of the hotel. The beach is close, there is greenery near the building (on one side the hotel rests on the park), there is a supermarket nearby, there was a first-aid post, a grocery store, and an Internet cafe in the hotel building. Everything is very convenient!
In general, the rest was successful, there were no serious problems and complaints. If you are going to spend most of your time on the beach, in restaurants, at discos - this hotel is quite suitable.
