holidays in Sozopol
Bulgaria was chosen for the rest, Sozopol is an ancient and quiet city. We decided to use the services of the Moscow "Intourist". The tour was bought on 01.04. 13. , and the documents for a visa were handed over on 26.04. 13. The trip was scheduled for 14.06. 13. On June 12, it turned out that our documents were not ready and they would be brought to Sheremetyevo to the plane. We wrote a complaint to the quality department of Intourist and the next day we received a package of documents. In Burgas, we were received by the partner of our "Intourist" - Alma Holidays and delivered to our hotel Coral 3 * (Lazuren Bryag, 5). It turns out that no one was waiting for us there. But fortunately for us, they had free rooms and, having studied our voucher, they found a room for us. We booked a park view. It's actually a street view. The street is not noisy, but colorful. So we have no regrets. The hotel is decent, well located, the breakfasts are normal: no one left hungry. Of course, it was a shame for our compatriots - they screwed up such plates for themselves. . . Back in Moscow, we planned to go from Sozopol on a 2-day excursion to Turkey. Therefore, a visa was obtained with a 2-fold entry. We bought an excursion from Alma Holidays - 95 euro per person. We were instructed: the transfer is night, 6 hours, the bus is comfortable, it will be waiting for us at 23-00 at the Cherno More cafe. How frightened we were when a man approached us and said that he would take us to the bus in his car: the bus goes from Sunny Beach and for 2 people it does not make sense for him to wrap up in Sozopol. Horror! ! What was our next surprise when we saw instead of a comfortable bus an ordinary minibus (albeit a Mersedes-Benz) 9 Poles, 2 Czechs and 2 Russians drove us. Turkey pleased us, the service is excellent. The Turkish guide led the tour in Russian, the Polish escort translated into Polish, and the Czechs understood as they wanted. The way back is not so tedious. to not night. We bought the next tour "Bulgarian Village" - an acquaintance with the Bulgarian village, life, color. Excursion with dinner and tasting. It turned out not to be the case at all. 10 large sightseeing buses are brought to a restaurant stylized as a country estate. Plentiful food is served, wine flows like a river. Our guide first drank a few glasses of brandy, then polished everything with wine. Of course, the Russians succeeded in this matter. On the way back, I had to stop the bus several times in order to recover in the bushes at night. I'm not saying this trip is bad. I say it's off topic. I liked the rest. Most likely, we still need to return to Sozopol.
