You don’t have your own restaurant, if you have accommodation with meals, you will have to go somewhere (earlier to the Starfish restaurant, then to St. Nicholas, and I don’t even know about last year). As for the cleanliness in the rooms and tired plumbing: it could have been better, but given that this is a 2 * did not particularly find fault. The hosts are hospitable, if any questions appeared they helped.
P. S. For those who come here in the fall: in September the season of storms begins, you can get in so that you have to sit on the shore for the whole vacation - red flags and lifeguards with whistles are kicked out of the water on all beaches. Well, or at your own risk to swim, on a wild beach, or in the early morning / late evening, without lifeguards.

The room was not bad, the only thing was that there was no microwave, but only a kettle, I did not count on it. Otherwise, the room is clean, the hotel itself is also good, as are its owners. The hotel is located in the city itself, close to the beach, it is very convenient. There were cafes and shops in the city.

I liked the hotel, but we didn’t understand the food a bit... we thought that there would be either a microwave oven or some kind of shared kitchen, but this was not the case.

We chose the hotel for the location. Basically, it didn't disappoint. Everything is within walking distance, close to the sea. The room stayed on the 4th floor with a gorgeous view of the Harmanite beach and the square on Lozengrad street. The room has a kettle, 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates, knives, 2 forks and a cutting board.

The room has a kettle, 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates, knives, 2 forks and a cutting board. TV, refrigerator, air conditioner. The furniture is new. But even though the mattresses are orthopedic, they already require replacement with loudly rattling springs.
The hosts are very welcoming.
This is where the advantages of the hotel end.
The rooms are not cleaned. At all. At the same time, the maid diligently scrubs the stairs and landings.
In the room, she only empties the trash can and sometimes walks a rag on the floor in the bathroom. That's all. Dust lies in mountains on all surfaces. The plumbing is also not cleaned.
So yes, the location is cheap. . . but a pigsty.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient: one of the two beaches of Sozopol is nearby, a square with a playground for children and a bistro where you can have a bite to eat at worst. Exchange offices, good restaurants and pastries in 5-7 minutes walk. As for the room and its service, they saw better for the money, in the same Sozopol years earlier.

Exchange offices, good restaurants and pastries in 5-7 minutes walk. As for the room and its service, they saw better for the money, in the same Sozopol years earlier. The carpet in the room was so trampled that the child's knees were black. The maid for the entire period of our stay did not touch the vacuum cleaner, did not wipe the dust on the surface of the furniture, did not wash the toilet and sink. In such unsanitary conditions with a small child is difficult. There were problems with hot water: it was only enough for two, the rest "salty" after the sea sat and waited for the boiler to warm up a new batch (believe me, this is not fast). The wi-fi password was obtained only on the third day. The bed was changed once, for Bulgaria it is in the order of things. Yes, the windows of the bathrooms in some rooms go directly to the balconies of the neighbors and they hear everything, everything, everything. And we like Sozopol itself, we rest not for the first time, we are ready to come again, we prefer other hotels.

Very good price and close to the sea. . . No need to go uphill.
