With the choice of hotel - not mistaken. We were greeted warmly and seated at 10 am. The studio is clean, cozy and comfortable. Magnificent balcony overlooking the sea and neighboring villas. The room was cleaned every day (for 11 days there was 1 day off from the maid). Everything in the room worked fine (even the Wi-Fi). The room had a kitchen unit, a kettle, necessary utensils, etc. The villa itself is decorated with taste and love. Good location of the villa - close to the beaches, supermarkets, center, park, shops. I would like to thank Katerina and her family for their hard work and efforts to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The owners - a husband and wife all the time somewhere at work. Everything is run by the old woman Girka and her granddaughter. Only the intervention of a local tour operator resolved the issue with the settlement. The room on the 4th floor is large with the smallest TV I have ever seen. A balcony with a view of the neighboring hotel "Coral" and a piece of the sea, from where "dum-dum" discos are heard until late at night. The kitchen turned out to be free like that cheese in a mousetrap- 2.5 euros per hour - cheaper to eat in a restaurant. Saved the kettle in the room. Cleaning was done symbolically, the carpet is vacuumed only before the arrival of the next guests, every day they manage with a brush and a dustpan. The linen was changed 2 days after check-in and then they were not changed for 12 days - until the very departure. We were in Sozopol for the third time and the first time we were so unlucky with the hotel.

An elderly lady appeared with a displeased face and said that the master's kitchen. It was the mother-in-law of the owner (with her sour face she tried to spoil our vacation for all 12 days). She pointed her finger at the printout lying at the reception, at the cat. check-in time is indicated from 14.00. After a night on the bus, the prospect of wandering in the heat somehow did not please us. In the same place, we read that the use of the master's kitchen costs 2.5 euros per hour. And the operator told us for free. . . We left our things and decided to explore the city. We found a small market and 2 supermarkets. We were settled at 12.30, and the room pleased us with the presence of a kitchen box with a microwave. It was convenient, because the food was taken from the cookery and warmed up. Soups at lunch ate in restaurants. Well, we thought the tour operator provided for our wishes in this way. A few days later, returning from the beach, the microwave was not found. The mother-in-law of the owner, in response to our greeting, simply turned away, but she could smile sweetly and say that they say sorry, but so and so. . . The husband went to find out and the hostess with a smile, but firmly said that you were not supposed to have a microwave. In the voucher we have a standard, but they settled us in a box apartment (the standards at the time of our check-in were all occupied) and sent it to the tour operator's office. They apologized, explained that the rooms have a standard kitchen for extra. a fee, and in box apartments it is provided, but the owners do not want smells and therefore they let residents of this category into their kitchen for free. Everything cleared up, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. These points must be discussed when booking the tour. And on the Starfish website, in the infrastructure section, only air conditioning is indicated for an extra charge. fee, and against the kitchen there is just a tick - it is understood as included in the price. bad moment. During the eviction, the husband thanked and said goodbye - in response, the deathly silence of the owner's mother-in-law (as she met, she spent). Probably a toad pressed for a number that was not assigned to us. . . So we didn't apply for it. Conclusion - the hotel itself is very good, but the factor of the owners plays a significant role. And they don’t bother with guests, the key is in the teeth and went to rest, what else? Our relative was resting in the single villa Rishli (opposite) - there is a wonderful hostess Tatyana, when checking in, she showed and told everything: drinking water in the tap (we didn’t know and brought a huge bottle to the Compass), after 22 the door is closed and gave the key to it. And we stood for about forty minutes under the closed door of the Compass, ringing their bell and silence. The husband was about to go to the police, but a couple of young Bulgarians approached, min. 5 rang the bell and the guy climbed over the gate, woke up the owners and they opened it for us. Do the owners have a language? There, it turns out, there is a latch at the bottom of the gate. . . In short, for the future we definitely choose Villa Rishli with cute Tanechka!

And the most uncomfortable thing was the beds!! ! just a nightmare. It was simply not possible to sleep, there were no sailors, only a bed with a factory sailor, who was simply a failure, but not only for me, but for my husband too. Somehow the owners do not think over the comfort of their guests..... and the most interesting thing is that they wanted to extend their room and were ready to pay for a day, just before leaving they didn’t want to wander somewhere under the sun, so they didn’t agree, motivating that they have a new check-in, and we just needed to sit out for a couple of hours...., well, we vacated the room as expected before 12 o’clock, and sat in the yard... but I didn’t see a new check-in at that time...... , hospitality or what? : ) if you have a choice to go to another place and you have already been there, do not experiment with the Cosmos.

We were in the "Compass" rested four of us. Three adults and a child. The hotel is small, very clean, very conveniently located. It's amazing at night! : ) If you need an inexpensive hotel, it's hard to find a better one. . . I recommend it. Yes. . . I almost forgot, on the day of arrival there was a small problem. Our room did not want to be vacated by a tourist. But within 10 minutes, a representative of the travel agency rushed in and resolved the issue.
