returned today from vacation. We rested in Sozopol in Compass. The hotel is clean, but has its own but...., our room faced the sunny side, there was no air conditioning in the room, there was a fan. , but they didn’t have time to use it - they took it out. Change of linen for 2 weeks was made only 1 time. Room cleaning started at about 10 o'clock, but if you are in the room, then your room was not cleaned...... And the most uncomfortable thing was the beds!! ! just a nightmare. It was simply not possible to sleep, there were no sailors, only a bed with a factory sailor, who was simply a failure, but not only for me, but for my husband too. Somehow the owners do not think over the comfort of their guests..... and the most interesting thing is that they wanted to extend their room and were ready to pay for a day, just before leaving they didn’t want to wander somewhere under the sun, so they didn’t agree, motivating that they have a new check-in, and we just needed to sit out for a couple of hours...., well, we vacated the room as expected before 12 o’clock, and sat in the yard... but I didn’t see a new check-in at that time...... , hospitality or what? : ) if you have a choice to go to another place and you have already been there, do not experiment with the Cosmos.
