A very good average hotel, there are only a couple of comments - all the servants and the hostess do not speak Russian, but the hostess is a very good-natured woman. We had a sea view from our room, though a little more on the unfinished hotel nearby, but this is not a hindrance, every day the garbage was changed and cleaned in the room, but the linen and towels were not changed, but if you eat for 5 days this is not so it’s scary, the beach is close at hand, the center too, but at the same time the room is quiet and calm, no music, nothing, all the discos are in the distance.

There are cable TV channels in the room and in Russian there is always hot water, there is also air conditioning, but we didn’t find the remote control in the room) but in Sozopol such air is good from the beach, so you can open the balcony door and everything is super. And so, in principle, we really liked it there!

We bought a tour to the Villa "Orchid" from the Belfresh tour operator, we got our own transport. Upon arrival at the villa, our room with kitchen and sea view was occupied. Instead of this room, the owners offered us to take a room without a kitchen overlooking the road without refunding the difference in cost.

Instead of this room, the owners offered us to take a room without a kitchen overlooking the road without refunding the difference in cost. When we refused, they said that they were leaving for work and we had to wait for them until six in the evening (and we arrived at the villa at 12:00! ) And only then, maybe they would settle us somewhere. We turned to the host tour operator "Starfish", they were also in no hurry to help us (we explained to people that we were on the road for two days and we want to relax). Approximately five times we contacted the tour operator Belfresh and only by 16:00 we were settled in a completely different villa. The attitude of both the owners of the villa "Orchid" and the host "Starfish" is simply disgusting. On the beach, sunbeds paid for the whole day are "pulled out" from under you at exactly 18:00. The overall impression of the holiday was spoiled!
