Rested here with the family from 19 to 26 June. The whole family was very pleased. The hotel itself is just huge and beautiful - a solid five. But about the town of Sozopol - there is something to see, there is where to eat deliciously, but nothing more, so I give the city and entertainment a four. Rooms and service at the hotel are at a high level.

All the staff, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, animators, everyone is very friendly, everyone understands Russian. The hotel itself has a lot of amenities, but this huge pool is just class. Both we and the children had a good swim) And the food is just overeating, a lot of hot dishes and cold dishes. In general, the hotel fully deserves its four stars, we recommend it for a family vacation!

Just returned from this wonderful place. Now we are in Varna, with friends. Decided to write about the hotel Martinez. In general, we really liked it, although the weather failed, it rained the second half of the holiday. At first they managed to sunbathe, so they were satisfied. The food was delicious, although at lunch I would like a little more variety in hot dishes.

Very good rooms, we had a huge one, and the hotel itself is very beautiful. Maybe we will come to Sozopol in September for the festival, we will stay at the same hotel.

Convenient location for walking into the old town. Near the wild part of the beach (without necessarily renting umbrellas). There is even a small nude beach. The beach is wide and there is always room for an umbrella. Great rooms and very decent food (BB). Everything is clean and tidy. Since the hotel is very close to the Ropotamo shopping street, the noise from restaurants and night discos is unbearable (we had a sea view).

Great rooms and very decent food (BB).
Everything is clean and tidy.
Since the hotel is very close to the Ropotamo shopping street, the noise from restaurants and night discos is unbearable (we had a sea view).
Even tightly closed doors do not help.
The boom of speakers (LF) and the heart-rending cries of DJs / singers penetrate through the double-glazed windows.
From 10 am to 6 am to rest (sleep) in the room will not succeed... well, if you are not drunk as an insole.
Terrible internet. Works from 3 am to 8 am. Then it connects, but . . the Internet "does not move. "
There is a car park, but it is always busy because it is very small.
In general, Sozopol is crammed with standing transport "on the deaf".
Finding a parking space is a huge problem.
I parked 700 meters from the hotel, at the Hera Hotel, in a wasteland.
By the way, I am very sorry that I did not buy tickets to this hotel "Hera" (Hera-3 ***).
Quiet and comfortable place.
The Bulgarian representative of Solvex (Amy) sold us a Bulgarian SIM card for 15 leva, saying that you can park in Burgas only if you send an SMS to the parking number (1 lev per hour). So to speak, the parking blue zone, and the whole city is completely in this zone.
It turned out to be a pure lie.
The blue zone is only in the very center, a little to the side and parking is no problem.
In general, the choice of the hotel was extremely unfortunate.
Not family friendly and very noisy.
Although very lucky with the weather and the sea.
I guess I won't go to Bulgaria soon. . .

There is no need to be afraid. There are pitfalls. The hotel depends on the rooms, some are very noisy. And of course breakfast (buffet) is very poor quality! The entrance to the pool is very dangerous, my baby will remember it for a long time! And the rooms and everything else is the best in Sozopol!

Every year we vacation in Bulgaria because we love this country, its people, its sea and sandy beaches. In order not to get tired of sitting in one place, we usually book two hotels of the week for two each. We treat the choice of hotels very carefully, I read a lot of reviews, we consult with our permanent tour operator, whom we trust. There were almost never any problems, and if there were, they were very minor and quickly resolved. But this year we got it. . . We chose the Coral Hotel and the Martinez Hotel. I can only say about Coral that I recommend it to all my friends. We liked everything, well, maybe only the breakfasts are rather weak. After resting for two weeks, we loaded our suitcases and went to Martinez in the morning, naturally we were ready that we would not be settled before 14, and leaving the suitcases at the hotel returned to Coral, because we were not kicked out until 12. On the second visit, we had lunch and a swim along the way. We arrived at the reception in a great mood. We were immediately handed the keys and we were seated. Everything is great. Sea view (paid) large one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Both in the living room and in the bedroom there are TV panels. Large fridge freezer. Air conditioners in every room. Turning on the air conditioner, we went to Bolero for groceries. That's where all the good stuff ended. When we entered our room with our bags, it seemed to us that we were in a sauna. We decided that we had adjusted the air conditioners incorrectly, although the Koral had the same ones and we managed it perfectly. The husband went down to the reception, where he was made happy by the news that the air conditioners broke down two days ago in the entire hotel. . . Silent scene. After lengthy negotiations and the arrival of a representative of our travel agency, who tried very hard (she alone) to somehow solve this problem, we were transferred to Parnassus, neighboring Coral. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We were given an apartment with a sea view, but there is no normal refrigerator, no kitchen unit, there is no pool. And we wanted exactly these parameters. The manager even put our groceries in some kind of personal refrigerator and gave coupons for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole family. Thank you man for this. But even taking into account all the bonuses, our apartment in Martinez costs more than 100 euros per day, and an apartment in Parnassus with food is 150 leva. And for all its attractiveness, this is not what we wanted and what we paid for back in April. In general, we live in Parnassus for three days and wait for the air conditioner to be repaired in the vaunted Martinez, where the administration is simple. . . I will write later than the end of our holiday. We paid Martinez for 4 weeks. P. S. we were offered apartments in the Paradise Dune complex, the final stop of the train, opposite the Kavatsite beach. The holiday was a success, a true paradise. Have a great rest! We do not recommend Martinez to anyone. Be critical of the good reviews and don't get caught like us. No one will solve the problems that have arisen in this hotel, and then you are guaranteed a spoiled vacation. .

Rested with a child 1.5 years old in a one bedroom apartment. The room is big - everything is on the level. Buffet for breakfast - just like everywhere else. The child had nothing special to give - maybe only fruit. I really liked that the water in the pool was warm and not icy, as sometimes occurs. A very good children's room, the nannies are super - the children would not go out of there.

The beach is really very close. Rent a sunbed, an umbrella cost 5 lev. A set of 2 sunbeds with mattresses, an umbrella, a table cost 25 lev. Thanks and no, I read that you can arrange a subscription. If you immediately pay, then the price decreases significantly (we bargained for 1 sunbed, umbrella, table - 10 lev / day). I didn’t like the huge number of cigarette butts on the beach - despite the fact that almost every vacationer was with children, many did not bother to smoke near the trash cans and clean up the cigarette butts after themselves. The sea is ideal for children - not deep, clean.
Rest were satisfied.

I will say right away that I have a great experience of rest - in 3.4, 5 * hotels, as well as in Egypt, Turkey and Morocco. The trip to Bulgaria was the first, and the hotel was chosen by chance. We realized that it was not in vain. I rested with a girl and with friends and their children (of course, lived in different rooms).

We realized that it was not in vain. I rested with a girl and with friends and their children (of course, lived in different rooms). The hotel is just wonderful. We took apartments with breakfast inclusive (you can also take dinner inclusive, but we didn’t). First of all - breakfast, it's just great. There are a few tables outside with views of the pool, and there is a room inside. Breakfast was a buffet with the finest Bulgarian cheese, vegetables, Viennese sausages, beans, several types of cereals and muesli, as well as many desserts, such as cakes, pastries and pancakes (which were created in the hotel kitchen, and not brought from another point ), also at breakfast you could try a lot of juices, fry bread yourself and make the most varied coffee, tea, cocoa or hot chocolate. Very good service at breakfast - nice waiters who take dirty dishes away. The amount of food you can try is, of course, unlimited. The rooms are chic - a huge room that you can just jump on. A chic hotel with a TV, a sofa and a table, as well as two balconies with tables for relaxing, where you can smoke, drink coffee or just admire the sea view (which we had). There is also a kitchen, which is good for those who live in the hotel for a long time, but we lived only 9 days and only used the kettle. And so in the kitchen there is a good electric stove, pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, wine glasses and of course plates of different sizes, there was also a toaster for bread and a large refrigerator in which there were ice molds. The bedroom also turned out to be chic - large, with good lighting, wardrobes and bedside tables. Of course, there was air conditioning with temperature control. In the bathroom, we did not see a shower cabin, because the rooms had an excellent bathroom, toilet and a huge sink. It is worth noting the cleaning - they cleaned every day, washed the bathroom, floors, changed the bed and even cleaned the balcony. Towels changed daily. The maids are very nice, we caught her once and asked her to come later and she complied with our request. The hotel has papers that are hung on the handle, with various requests in 5 languages - for example, that something is broken in the room, a request not to disturb, or a request, on the contrary, to clean the room - in my opinion, this is Of course, a trifle, but very convenient. In the hotel itself, on each floor there was a quiet terrace, which also offered a gorgeous view. The hotel itself is quiet, calm, not very big. The hotel has a garden with beautiful Bulgarian roses and a swimming pool. The pool is free and there are sun loungers around the perimeter. We swam several times, the depth is not large - 150 cm, there is also a "paddling pool" for children, which turned out to be very convenient. There are few people in the pool, there is no such thing that even people interfere with entering the water. The water is definitely chlorinated, but not too much. The beach is very close to the hotel - just leave the territory, go down and you are already on a cozy and clean beach on the Black Sea coast. The hotel has excellent porter services, luggage storage and other things that can help. There are spa and massage treatments, not too expensive. One of my friends said it was just perfect. Near the hotel there are a huge number of restaurants (you need to go a little to the right or to the left), souvenir shops and not bad clothing stores. The hotel literally had nothing to complain about, although we can say that we are used to a rather high service. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, for honeymoons and for individual recreation and tourism.

We rested with my family in Martinez, Sozopol in July-August 2009. I liked the hotel, everything is quite new, clean, polite staff, a large swimming pool in the courtyard, an excellent restaurant, the beach is 100 meters away. The apartment has two rooms, a toilet, a bath, a kitchen (electric stove, sink, dishes, refrigerator).

The apartment has two rooms, a toilet, a bath, a kitchen (electric stove, sink, dishes, refrigerator). Each room has a balcony, air conditioning, TV, several channels, including Russian ones. Everything worked, nothing broke. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed. The kitchen made it possible to save on food. Shop near the hotel, the products are good, tasty, cheaper than in Russia.
Many excursions for every taste, including in Istanbul. We also rented a car (50 euros/day).
In general, Bulgaria has very good impressions, you feel comfortable there, like at home.
Special thanks to Bogumil, a representative of Neva, for his care and helpful advice.
