I will try to make up for the lack of information on this hotel.
1. Rested four of us (2 children) in a room with two bedrooms. The room also has 2 bathrooms (in addition to the shower, one of them also has a bathtub), 2 balconies, a kitchen unit, utensils (knives, forks, spoons, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. ), household appliances - kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, also ironing board and iron. In the hall-hall there is a sofa (unfolds) and 2 armchairs with a TV and air conditioning. On the balcony there are armchairs, a table and a dryer. The room was cleaned daily, no complaints.
2. I DID NOT LIKE THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT, I DON'T LIKE IT - the cuisine is mostly local, there are practically no normal meat dishes. Constantly only 2 types of soup - chicken and some local cold dairy with cucumber. No juices - fruit drinks and lemonades. The coffee machine with boiled water constantly broke down - I had to pour it from the cooler. In general, the restaurant has a certificate for 3! stars.

3. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are PAID incl. for AI. The only difference is the price - for AI it seems - 3 leva, for the rest - 6. Only umbrellas and sun loungers by the pool in the hotel are free. For a beach towel - a deposit of 20 lev, give it to the reception, get a card, change this card from the lifeguard near the pool for a towel, when you return it - in the reverse order. Municipal beach. The person looking after the hotel umbrellas on the beach is lazy, came up and recorded only 2 times. Therefore, the people do not particularly take a steam bath and the inventory is used by anyone, incl. unrelated to the hotel. The beach is dirty, heaps of bulls, people smoke on the spot, not paying attention to the surrounding children. Last year we rested in Anapa - I don’t remember this. A sandy path leads from the hotel to the beach, why it is impossible to make a wooden flooring - a mystery.
4. Taxi to the city - 10 levs, by train from Santa Marina - 2 levs. Maybe I don’t understand something, but in my opinion 50-70 lev is a little expensive for a tour. Ride on a boat (the routes are different - Nessebar, the island of St. Ivan - it is very close, etc. ) is also within these limits, for children - about 50%. From the city port you can take a boat to the beach in front of the hotel for 15 lev.
5. From time to time there is a terrible stench on the territory of the hotel. To the right of the hotel in the reeds is a fetid river, which blocked the exit to the sea, and the whole thing is now going out. When the breeze blows from the side of the river, at least put on a gas mask. Therefore, in rooms overlooking the river, it is better not to open the balcony. Somewhere in the reviews I read about a large number of seagulls shitting on the territory of the hotel - in my opinion, it’s still like our swallows, there are a lot of nests under the roof of the hotel and the glass under them, to put it mildly, is dirty, but the employees apparently don’t really care.
6. The contingent at the hotel is motley, quite a lot of Bulgarians, there were Romanians, Czechs, Ukrainians, British, many compatriots.
7. It is better not to change money at Burgas airport, the exchange rate of the lev to the euro is 1.6. In Sozopol you will find a bank and change at the normal rate.
8. WiFi - only in the hotel lobby. On Wednesday evening there was a concert of a folk ensemble near the pool, but on the eve of the announcement, I didn’t see anything. They say it happens every Wednesday.
9. But in general, a friendly attitude, the absence of a language barrier and the special atmosphere of the old city cover all the negative points.
