we were advised this hotel for a holiday with a small child)))) it's so horrible that I can not tell you in words))) To begin with, no one told us that in the room they are not responsible for your things .....The hotel itself is so smaller. the room itself is not perfect, everything is very old, there is a small fungus in the bathroom, no cleaning, very minimal .....((((The first 6 days were the norm that we always came across a good young waiter who was very respectful of our child, smiling tried to please us as soon as he could !!!!!! ! But one evening on the 6th day of our vacation we went for a walk for 2 hours and it turned out like this ........I went to the room with my daughter in the room and my husband was stuck on the street .......and saw a terrible picture ....we have everything turned upside down in the room, all the drawers are open, and the door is open on the balcony, despite the fact that we had everything Closed.
and we took out of nowhere a laptop because we took specifically for the child to include cartoons, as well as a camera because we first took our child to sea and wanted to capture all the moments from the sea, and my husband's Samsung phone gelegsi (because he worked then trade in trade ) ......but this technology after all believe it all nonsense .......you can eventually buy everything ......but the most painful thing for me was that the laptop had all the information about my child from of birth and up to a year .....imagine the first photos from the maternity hospital, the first word, the video where our daughter took her first steps, etc. For me, this is something incredibly scary, because I will never be able to return it. for what money ......................I really almost died with a child in my arms (we were robbed ((((I called my husband, the administrator of this hotel.....
but they reacted as if we were to blame for everything and they have nothing to do with this case, I was shocked, they didn't even say sympathy .....so they called the police .....but they didn't help us. ....only that we went those next days every day before our departure to them in their department to make protocols and testimonies .....and in the end they told us that nothing will help us and they will not be able to find. in Bulgaria a lot of thefts)))) and by the way at the same time in the same hotel at the same time robbed two more rooms .....but note that these were three rooms .... , from Moldova, and from Belarus.....not a single room of the Bulgarians and Romanians were touched only by foreign countries ........Therefore, good people, I ask you to carefully choose a vacation in Sunny Beach, and not this hotel. ...I just do not want you to get into such a situation, I write to you honestly from the bottom of my heart .....
