They vacationed in Bulgaria for the first time. Before that, they were only in Egypt in good hotels. The hotel is compact, very convenient because everything is nearby and you don't have to walk far.
I read reviews on Google that the staff had a bad attitude, we did not notice, everything was fine except for the rude man and woman at the exchange, but this is not the hotel staff in essence.
Upon entering the hotel, they immediately gave us a room, they give only 1 key and that's it, there are no information sheets. No one will escort you to the room, you also need to carry your suitcases yourself. We wandered a little until we found the number.
There are a lot of Ukrainians in the hotel, the most) There are also many Poles and Romanians, a few Germans, Moldovans, and Serbs. We did not meet Muscovites at all)

The biggest plus of the hotel is food. It is already very tasty and the main thing is fresh. There is fresh fruit and coffee in the main restaurant only for breakfast, the coffee is very tasty, especially from sensory coffee machines. And so you can have coffee at the end of the day in the lobby bar.
Cheeses are constantly available here, they are very tasty. And dried Spanish chorizo ​ ​ sausages and similar ones are available all the time) From fruits, every day there were melons, watermelons, peaches, nectarines, oranges, kiwi, apples, cherries, rarely pears, strawberries, pineapples, bananas. The meat dishes were varied, every day fish, veal, pork, chicken. Once there were squid rings in breadcrumbs. Ice cream for lunch and dinner is as much as you want.
And now about the minuses of the hotel) Cleaning, service in the room, so on. You have to beg for toilet paper. The toilet was leaking all the time, and no one fixed it. They don't put water in the room, you have to run and collect it in coolers...it was a bit crazy. There is no kettle in the room. The air conditioner does not work very well. There is a phone, but the number at the reception is not indicated, you need to go)) There is no information sheet, what and where in the hotel is not indicated anywhere. The towel under the feet was changed to a dirty one with stains, it was disgusting.
But you can still put up with such disadvantages.
We found out about a la carte on the last day, but didn't have time to visit because you need to sign up the day before ((The pools were very cold, but we swam a little)) Animation is active during the day, there is evening animation and dancing for children. For adults, only dancing in the evening, there is no entertainment program here.
In general, I recommend the hotel, the location is great, the food is great, it is close to the sea, and this was the most important thing for us. I remove a star only for room service.
