It took a long time to choose a hotel. One of the tour companies advised to take a closer look at this hotel. From the photo, we immediately fell in love with him and did not regret for a minute.
Well, now in more detail.
Settled - almost instantly. They asked me to wait 10 minutes for the floor to dry. We arrived a little before 14.00, and settled after 14.00. Our number was 13. This is on the first floor. The windows overlooked the inner courtyard - it was chic. Next to the forged table, chairs. Sit in the shade, enjoy. We had a rest with a girl, but the room had 2 separate beds. Asked reception if the beds could be moved together as there was a bedside table between them screwed to the bed base. After 2 minutes, a whole delegation arrived, consisting of a carpenter, cleaning lady, administration and a girl from the reception. They controlled the whole process, apologized and quietly left... In short, in a word, the service was very pleased.

Meals - only breakfast. There is a choice, you never leave hungry. About food, wrote in the review earlier.
Also a couple of times lunch and dinner in hotels. The prices are very pleasing. Together you can have a great meal for 20 lev (100-110 UAH) + happy hours (you order one cocktail, bring two)
The territory is small, but very cool, it is clear that they approached the design to the soul, and did not make a blunder. We walked a lot around Sunny Beach and saw other hotels. For a 3 * hotel - insanely comfortable and everything is very functional.
Liked the attitude of the staff, friendly and really inconspicuous. It was worth leaving for tea once, as you are a beloved and welcome client, even if you just ordered tea. Speaking of tea, very tasty tea, not the one you can choose for breakfast (although the choice is decent, there are 7-10 types of tea). Served with honey and lemon. We were delighted with him.
Of the hotel guests - we had only the British. The people are cool, but it seemed to me that they just live in hotels, like in a country house. They don't go anywhere, they always hang around the pool. Although the sea - 50-70 meters. So if you want to take a seat in the first row by the pool, throw a towel on the sunbed in the morning.
Cleaning - normal, you need a clean towel, threw it on the floor, changed, bedding for 10 days - changed 1 time. Yes, I think more often than not.
In general, the hotel has very pleasant memories. It was very sad to leave. The staff said goodbye and wished to return to them. And if we plan a vacation in Bulgaria again, then definitely in this hotel.
If you eat with children, then there is no animation in hotels. The child may be bored.
There are no noisy discos, bars and all kinds of entertainment venues nearby, so you are guaranteed a quiet and healthy sleep. To the embankment, where all this is present in abundance - 2 minutes at a slow pace. Walked every evening.
