In Bulgaria - for the first time, they chose a hotel for a long time, because the requests are high for everything. We stopped at a small orpheus and did not regret a single gram. In order:

The room is large, spacious, panoramic window for the entire width of the room, comfortable beds, nice Bulgarian textiles (towels, bedding), soft sofa and armchair, mini-bar, TV, shower, hair dryer, in general, everything you need.
Cleaning - every day exactly at the time you need, don't be stingy with a tip (1 lev)
The territory is small, but everything is functional and comfortable. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, though not deep, umbrellas, sun loungers, a round bar, sofas, benches, tables, soft seats, a fountain! Everything is decorated in the Greek style, perfectly matched and pleasant to look at. You can do a photo shoot. There are two exits from the hotel - from the courtyard and the central one. Near the hotel - the sea! a large Zora supermarket, a lot of small shops, currency exchanges, taxis, parking, by the way, parking your car is free, rented - 10 lev / day. The best part is that the hotel is surrounded by high-rise hotels and therefore it is not hot there)
The staff - you can simply not notice it when it is not needed, but it will immediately appear as soon as you think about it.
