We stayed at this hotel in August 2013. Remote hotel with comfortable apartments. A significant distance to the sea (about 6 km) is fully compensated by a regular free shuttle to the beach (Sunny Beach), peace and tranquility compared to the coastal zone, pleasant service and attentive staff. The staff tries to make the stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible, the service left the most pleasant impressions.

The staff tries to make the stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible, the service left the most pleasant impressions.
Beach and entertainment
Guests are taken to the beach on free air-conditioned minibuses. The journey takes about 10-12 minutes. The bus runs from 10 am to 11 pm every 2 hours, it also takes vacationers back. The schedule is designed so that you can go to the beach without missing breakfast or lunch.
In addition, the hotel administration offered us a free shuttle service to the water park (it is also located near the Sunny Beach seashore) and back when we asked how to get there. We were also picked up free of charge by hotel transport from the last point of the excursion on our call (that is, outside the regular transfer schedule from the hotel to the beach and back).
All beaches in Bulgaria are state-owned, being on them is free. However, you will have to pay 8 levs for an umbrella and a sunbed. In total, an umbrella and two sun loungers will cost you 24 leva (payment is valid all day). You can only borrow an umbrella, or even come with your coverlet and pay nothing. However, on some beaches there is a zone where sunbeds with umbrellas are located (the strip closest to the sea), where you can only stay by paying for their use.
Room, territory
We lived in a two-room apartment for a family: a studio with a small kitchen and a sofa bed and a bedroom with two beds. The kitchen had everything you need (despite the fact that we ate on an all-inclusive basis): from an electric stove and oven, microwave + grill to a variety of dishes. There was an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a mini-fridge with a freezer. Unlike those Turkish hotels where we have stayed, the refrigerator does not turn off when everyone leaves the room.
There was a TV set in every room (the studio had a larger one with a DVD player), including many Russian TV channels. All household appliances necessary for ordinary life were present (hair dryer, iron).
The room has three balconies overlooking different sides. The view, given the distance from the sea, is not the most impressive, but not the windows of another hotel. The balconies have their own lighting, plastic furniture.
Separate air conditioners in each room.
The downside is that the shower in the bathroom is very cramped.
There are 6 pools on the territory, which differ in depth, configuration and are located in front of each building. Sun loungers, umbrellas by the pools are free. There is also a tennis court (for tennis), a fitness center with exercise equipment, a ping-pong table and more. Bicycle rental, sports equipment is free for all-inclusive guests.
Nutrition
For a three star, the food is quite normal. There were always 2-3 hot dishes, including national cuisine, some of them really liked (chushka byurek, stewed pork, banitsa). Of the shortcomings - few pastries (buns, pies, etc. ). The hotel also has an all-inclusive bar-restaurant that also offers meals for a fee.
Service
Separately, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their attentive attitude towards tourists. The employees were very friendly, they solved various problems: with transport, communication with the tour operator's guide, malfunctions in the room, etc. All hotel staff are fluent in English, some can speak Russian.

During the two months of rest, constant interruptions in electricity were noted, most of the staff did not know either English or German, the pools were practically not cleaned, snakes sometimes crawled into the territory, and very poor Wi-Fi. It is very good that the hotel is located in the mountains, as there magnificent scenery.
