This hotel cheated us with 1.350 euros!
I made a group reservation as a touroperator company in March to this hotel! The lady from the hotel was communicating with us from March, until the week before our arrival with a group of 46 tourists to Sunny Beach! Then they stopped communicating with us! 3 days before our arrival we contacted them in another ways, when they told us, there is no reservation for my touroperator company, no money, and they did not know who we were! We had 2 days to find new accommodation for our tourists!!! Me, the owner of my company, paid the new reservations from my private money!!! The issue is forwarded to the police in Bulgaria! The hotel owners do not want to meet us in front of the police, and clarify the things! We are desperate, and can not describe how badly we are feeling about this cheat!!!! We are really stressed, physically and psychically tired!!!!
