We rested at the Saint Valentine Hotel from 07/27/15 to 08/10/15. The rest was booked in advance in the month of January, the room type was standard, which was indicated in the voucher and contract. Upon arrival at the hotel, we settled in an ECONOMY room, which differs from the standard in the size of the room and furniture, a balcony and a shower. To indignation and displeasure, they answered that there were no available rooms. I understand that the conditions prescribed in the contract can be improved, but in order to worsen this, I encounter this for the first time. The mood was spoiled. I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday in Sunny Beach. There are many other decent, good hotels where they do not deceive their guests.
