We arrived at 10 am, settled around 15-15.30, although the check-in was supposed to be at 14.00. But there were many people leaving and the maids did not have time to clean everything, they entered the situation. We managed to take a walk, explore the area, change money, walk to the sea. At 14.00 we were given bracelets and went to wait for a room in the bar (luggage was left in the storage room).

But there were many people leaving and the maids did not have time to clean everything, they entered the situation. We managed to take a walk, explore the area, change money, walk to the sea. At 14.00 we were given bracelets and went to wait for a room in the bar (luggage was left in the storage room).
When settled, ofigeli from the room, 2 rooms, a bedroom and a semi-kitchen. The bedroom had 2 single beds which we just pushed up. There were 2 wall bedside lamps, air conditioning, bedside tables, a wardrobe with 6 hangers, and next to it a table for various accessories, as well as a table for girls with a mirror. And of course, a balcony through to another room. There was an extra 3rd pillow and 2 blankets in case of a chilly night. In the other room there was a sofa bed and a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a telephone, a cabinet under the TV, a bar counter with chairs, 2 glasses. There was even a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. In the bathroom: toilet was taped "sterile", bathtub, 2 soaps, 2 shampoo sachets, 2 toilet papers, and a pad bag. Gave 2 large towels, 1 towel for hands, 1 for face, 1 for feet. And there was a mop. The room was cleaned every day, the floors were washed, the garbage was taken out and the ashtray was cleaned, as if there was no need for more, as they tried not to pig.
The food was monotonous, but a lot, that is, every morning there was pasta, 3 types of salads, a couple of types of meat, sausages, rice or potatoes, and you can alternate. You won't leave hungry for sure, as the food is delicious and there is really a lot of it. Plus, different sauces are served, seasonings, there was a toast machine, olives, olives, pickles. From the dessert they gave sweets, watermelon, melon, plums, peaches, apricots, apples, grapes. Fruit and toast were taken out for appetizers. It turns out that together with snacks - 5 meals a day. We did not have time to get hungry as we had to go to eat again. The staff is 5 stars, they just finished eating, they took the plate, they just finished it, they took the glass, and they ask if we are done to pick it up.
On Wednesdays they show a mini concert with a national Bulgarian dance, I really liked it. Every day there is also a sports program: darts, water gymnastics (fitness), water pioneer ball, table tennis, there is also a fitness room with exercise equipment and a steam room, if billiards (2lv) and a couple of machines for children. Internet only at the reception, in the room is paid (10lv 1 day), no matter how expensive, it will be cheaper to take a local card, who needs internet. We decided to take a break from social networks and only contacted our relatives. There was everything from drinks: beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, mentha, cola, fanta, sprite, juices. The pool had a max. depth 1.50 m, but you can swim. Sun loungers, umbrellas are free of course, there were also beach beds (I don’t know how to do it right). There is also a playground and in the evening there was also animation for children. There was an elevator (we lived on the 3rd floor, out of 5).
In general, we were very pleased, although I looked at the reviews, there were a lot of bad ones, but our travel agent says that we will never go anywhere if we focus only on reviews. Every half hour there is a free minibus to the sea (600m to the sea), there is an island of Nessebar nearby, which we went around a couple of times, indescribable emotions. On the day we walked 15-17 km, we could not tear ourselves away from the beauties. The sea is clean, you need to go far so that the water is up to your neck, so if anyone is traveling with children, you can safely let them into the sea. If you still hesitate, choose this hotel and you will be satisfied.

I rested with my husband, to be honest, I didn’t believe in the “all inclusive” system in Bulgaria and was ready for the worst. Moreover, I read reviews about the hotels in this resort. But . . everything turned out just fine. I was pleased with the hotel. As it turned out, it was built in 2010, so everything is at the level of furniture, plumbing.

I was pleased with the hotel. As it turned out, it was built in 2010, so everything is at the level of furniture, plumbing. Balcony. TV, Russian channels, including air conditioning and a refrigerator (free of charge). , so to speak, food-meat, fish, chicken, potatoes, pasta. We always ate. Coffee-tea-lemonade-beer.
The sea may be far away (10 minutes), but it didn’t bother us a bit. Moreover, the hotel was in calm silence from the main street and always fell asleep perfectly.
The beach is municipal (there are two halves, paid (sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 leva) and free, where you can lie on a towel).
Very close to the historical Nessebar (beauty), we went to the Aquapark.
In short, I liked it very much. And the hotel is not the last thing when it's nice to return to a clean and cool room.
