I was pleased that there were dishes: a frying pan, a saucepan, 3 plates, 3 large cups, 3 coffee cups.
Cleaned up every day.
Towels every two days.
Bed linen every 3 days.
If you ask for shampoo, they gave, though only one tube.
The sea is really close. 5 minutes walk.
The hotel lives up to its 3 stars. Separately, I would like to note the disgusting attitude of the hotel guide of the host company "Balkan-tour". She needed to be caught to solve some issue. She sold us excursions to the "Balkan Village" and got something wrong, because the bus did not come for us. We stood for an hour, and besides us there were 8 more people. The money was returned the next day, but we decided not to go anywhere else. She distinguished herself on the day of departure, we flew away at 8 in the morning, we were given dry rations, of course, she did not make sure that they prepared it for us, although she convinced us 3 days before departure that everything would be fine. In a word - a mess. The attitude of the staff of the hotel itself is friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast included, their quality was rated "good", there was something to eat and how to feed the child. Lunch and dinner were cooked on their own, bought in the supermarket "Mladost". I want to warn about attempts to deceive the seller at the checkout when paying with a credit card: the check for the purchase was 34.50 leva, and when they gave me a check from the bank terminal so that I put my signature, the amount was 43.50, I was indignant - they apologized to me and the cashier got it right from the checkout and gave 9 lev - referred to the fact that they supposedly mixed it up. More about the hotel on the territory of the complex there are 3 swimming pools, one even with a children's slide - exit to the pool. There is a playground. Every evening a man sang in the restaurant from 19:00 to 23:00. His voice was pleasant, the repertoire was hits from foreign and domestic pop music. In general, if you are not pretentious and are not too lazy to cook and go to the store for groceries, you can go.
