Rested in August last year. The hotel is good, meets the stated 4 *. Arrived at 6 am, settled only at 14:00. When asked why it is impossible to settle earlier, in response to the reception, the answer was that they do not settle before 14:00. I understand that this is a principled position and no amount of persuasion will help here. The room was ordered by Standard, really European level, only here in the room instead of a shower cabin there was a shower behind a curtain, but it was not important. Meals Breakfast/dinner, varied. Several times I was in local restaurants, also at a high level. Rested very well!
