I rested at the hotel from the 1st to the 9th. happy with everything!!! ! not * dark cockroach *, but the CENTER of the resort !! ! the owner of the hotel is a solid, respectable man (when I needed scissors, he brought them to me from home), I needed a kettle in the room, please!!! ! there were no problems! breakfasts were served on time - all shops opened at 10 o'clock, jogging along the beach or shopping until 9 o'clock is just fine !! ! staff is polite!! ! they don’t speak Russian, we don’t speak Bulgarian either, but the owner speaks Russian, the staff tried their best to understand and please us !! ! I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE - FOR THE NEXT YEAR - ONLY *MALIBU*!!! ! in short.

ON THE FIRST DAY, SIGNS OF ATTENTION STARTED FROM THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL, BUT WHEN HIM WERE REFUSED THEN EVERYTHING STARTED !!!!!!!!!!!! ! !! ! BREAKFASTS FROM 8-00 TO 10-00, FOOD IS SERVED ONLY AT 9-00 (rest time was simply stolen) FOOD IS SINGLE AND TASTY......... THERE IS NO RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AT THE RECEPTION. VISITING GUESTS IS FORBIDDEN !!!! ! EVEN THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TOUR OPERATOR WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. SEWER STINKS IN THE BATHROOM, THE MAGNETIC KEY IS PULLED OUT, THE BALCONY IS OPENED. THERE WAS EVEN AN INTRODUCTION TO THE ROOM THROUGH THE BALCONY OF A HOTEL WORKER!!!!!!!!!!!! ! THERE IS NO LIMIT TO MY OUTRAGE!!!!!!!! ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!!!!! ! AND THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN POOL AND I HAVE TO GO TO THE NEIGHBOR HOTEL FOR 100 METERS !!! !
