We went with children to competitions (team and parents). We were all accommodated in 3 different hotels. We got Magnolia.
There was almost never anyone at the reception (aka "Bar") (very often there was a child of 12 years old). There is no restaurant, so we ate at neighboring hotels (all inclusive costs 15 euros / day / person). I want to note right away that AI in Bulgaria is many times different from the same in Turkey. Therefore, you can not count on variety in food. In my opinion, it is better not to spend money at the hotel and eat in cafes.
We, 2 mothers and 4 children, were accommodated in a 3-room (so-called) "Lux". This was the "most interesting" part of our holiday. . .
Some windows overlooked the pool, others - the construction site. Everything would be fine, but from the side of the construction site we were pestered by a disgusting smell. As it turned out later, there was an open sewage well right under our balcony. The TV did not work at all, there were no batteries in the air conditioner remote control. When we went to the reception to sort it out, we were told that this room was a private apartment, and it was impossible to find the owner. In short, they can't help us. The door in the shower fell off, everywhere a bunch of "mushrooms", dirt. . . an abomination!! ! The switches are dangling, there are no light bulbs. . . In general, everything was so sad that on the fourth day of our stay there, I complained to the organizers of the tournament, and after a couple of hours we were moved to the Sunny Beauty Palace. . . I will write about staying at this hotel in relevant section. . .
