The hotel is located really 100-150 meters from the sea, or 5 minutes with an easy step on wooden decks through the sand dunes. The beach is clean and spacious, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The sand is fine and pleasant. Lifeguards are on duty nearby.
The hotel is located away from the center of the resort, which from our point of view is its big plus: at night it is more or less quiet (there are no restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as large shops), the roadway passes at a distance from the hotel, cars do not drive, only trains and horses. You can get to the center without any problems on foot for 15-20 minutes or by train for 10 minutes for 3 leva ($ 2).
The hotel is not high and compact, which makes it very cozy. For a couple of days they were confused like in a maze between the buildings, but the child immediately remembered where the playground was and where the pool was. The hotel has one outdoor pool leading to an indoor pool with shallow areas for children and a separate children's pool with rain. I really liked that, since the hotel is stretched, there are many places to relax: by the large pool, by the small pool, by the playground, by the restaurant, by the bar. That is, different companies of interest did not interfere with each other, some were quieter and some louder found a place to relax on the territory of the hotel. This is a big plus for the hotel.

I liked the food very much. Quite varied, a week later they could not wait until the dishes they liked were repeated, but they were repeated only at the end of the 2nd week. For lunch and dinner, 4-5 types of hot meat and 1 fish dish, vegetarian dishes, soups, salads, fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, plums, peaches, nectarines, apples) sweets in the form of a variety of pastries. I note that the food is not peppered, not salty, not spicy, sweet, not cloying, as in Turkey, what you need. They took food with them for the child, but fortunately we came up and liked the food of the hotel (we took a blender with us). No one had problems with the stomach, as well as getting used to food. Only breakfasts got fed up after the first week, they already had to diversify on their own due to their imagination. We stuffed pancakes with something that had not yet become boring, made salads for breakfast, my husband was carried away by chocolate and jam, I liked the toasted sandwiches. In a word, a flight of fancy and again everything is delicious. From 16.00 to 17.00 it was possible to eat pizza, ice cream and cookies. The cookies are delicious.
The room took the standard. Two beds (we moved together), a sofa, a closet, an entrance hall, a table, a small refrigerator inside, a TV, two telephones, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and we took a playpen for a younger child. Arena, by the way, is paid, 6 lev per day or $ 4. The room is basic, clean and small. The TV was bad, we didn't watch it. I really liked the balcony, it is large and cozy on the ground floor with flowers.
They cleaned daily and neatly, changed towels and bedding every day, probably every three days (we were changed every time we left a tip). They fixed the problems instantly, our bulb in the lamp burned out and once the plugs were knocked out. Everything was taken care of quickly and without inconvenience.
The staff is pleasant, polite, courteous. They speak almost all languages (they try). The language barrier, as such, did not arise with anyone. At the reception, only young girls were the worst thinking, and those who are older will tell and prompt everything.
A separate word about animation for children. In this hotel, animation also means a children's room, or as we called it a kindergarten, a free entertainment that worked 6 days a week from 10.00 to 19.00 with a break for lunch and a quiet hour. Young students are great, they tried very hard to occupy and find an approach to each child. That is, they did not distinguish between German children, Englishmen, Poles, Czechs, Russian speakers. They spoke with the children in a language they understood and could always find something for them to do. Even the adults pulled up. Somewhere around 20.30, a children's disco began with a host and a program for every day, by the way, she also tried to speak all languages, so everything was clear and all the children participated in the entertainment. This is also a huge plus of the hotel! Let it continue like this.

The hotel is focused on family holidays, holidays for pensioners (there were a lot of them). As a youth, I would not recommend it.
What else would you like: sometimes we wanted animation for adults, but we were already resting from the fact that we were resting without children during children's animation)),
breakfast lacked the usual buckwheat or rice porridge. That's all the little flaws.
