Kiparis Hotel is a quiet place for tourists who love silence and solitude. The staff is friendly, cleanliness is ok. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were not. We dined 2 times in a restaurant on the corner, but then we moved to the restaurant of the Dolphin Hotel (along the path to the sea) - it tastes better and the portions are larger.
But the impression about this hotel is rather negative.
Territory: None at all. There are small lawns and lawns, but there is nothing to do on them - no benches, no gazebos. The pool is not bad, but there are only 20 sun loungers around it (and the hotel has at least 80 rooms). In the evening, having nothing to do, everyone sits in the lower hall, where there is wi-fi. But there is nothing interesting in the hall either - no TV, no music, no billiards, no tennis. The silence and the screens of mobile phones are glowing... I was upset by the absolute absence of a bar and tables where you can sit with friends and chat in the evening...

View from the windows: There is a pool and a road (until 12 at night - noise from the road), a green lawn and a garden (even numbers of rooms) and another facade looks at the concrete wall of a neighboring hotel (odd numbers, poor placement)
But there are also pluses:
Its main advantage is that it is close to the sea, only 100m. For comparison, from many 5 * and 4 * hotels on the coast to the sea, go 300-600m. The hotel is almost the last on the Sat, then the resort of St. Vlas begins (about him - at the end). The path from the hotel will lead to the beginning of a large embankment. If you walk along the promenade for 100-200 meters, you will find yourself on clean, well-groomed beaches where we swam. The farther along the embankment, the denser the crowds of walking and sunbathing.
General impression of Bulgaria and SB:
Sea and climate - excellent! But there are almost no beautiful sights (or they are in the interior of the country). We took an excursion "Palace in Balchik + Hammered stones + some kind of cape". Of the 12 hour trip - 8h in the bus. Impressions are so-so and not worth the time and money. We got frustrated and did not buy more excursions. Sunny Beach itself - endless hotels, shops, cafes. . .
But nearby, like an outlet - the town of Nessebar, old and colorful. Only 2 leva and 20 minutes by city bus.
The neighboring resort of St. Vlas is, in my opinion, less convenient and interesting than SB. The beach strip is only 10m wide, the embankment is not. From the beach to the hotels - always uphill.
Another observation: The wines are not bad, but not for everyone. Whiskey, rum, etc. - no more expensive than in Duty Free, beer - only Stella Artois + 3-4 types of local.
Observation: the number of "our" tourists has decreased markedly. Never noticed "tagil".
We may still go to Bulgaria, but not to Cypress.
