For 20 years, which I have to travel two or three times a year in different directions and countries, I have never seen such a garbage dump as this hotel. It’s scary to even remember, we were in early July, we were lucky with the weather. I am a very unpretentious person and rarely pay attention to furniture, I try to find a positive in everything.

The only positive here is the location. Terrible attitude towards guests. Upon arrival (10.00 am) we were offered to leave things for a walk strictly until 14.00. Having finally received the room, we could not open the door of the room for a long time (the locks are clearly before the military). It was scary to sit and lie on the beds, they creaked as if they were about to fall apart. In addition, springs rested against the back, and apparently, mattress covers were sent to the mattress to soften this process, but this did not help, it only remained to find a place where there were fewer springs. About what color the linen is on the bed is a separate conversation, not counting the strange stains on the sheets and the fact that the sheets are not the right size, they cannot be fixed on the mattress, in the morning there were no sheets in place. Towels of the same color, it seemed that they had washed the floor before, more like floor rags. Upon arrival, from hygiene items, two rolls of toilet paper, two shampoos and two bars of soap. For two days no one even entered the room, although it was written cleaning every one. On the evening of the second day, I went and said this at the reception - thank you, they began to remove the garbage every day, but that was all the cleaning was over. For toilet paper, one had to rush to look for where these unfortunate cleaners clean the rooms, no one talks about soap and shampoo at all. In general, bring everything from your home, do not count on a hotel. In the shower, the curtain is hung in such a way that the floor is wet all the time, the towels do not dry, I asked to change, they said we change only on the third day. Well they were. Do not even dream about any air conditioner, it is not there, why write what is. In the restaurant, thank God, they only took breakfast, the same thing every day, there was nothing tasty, watermelon and orange from fruits. The only plus is the location, quiet center, everything is near the beach in two minutes walk, also shops, restaurants, cafes in which super food and products! We tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel. I strongly do not advise, I have not yet met such a garbage dump in 20 years of travel. . .

At first, the impression of the hotel was quite positive, we had a 2 + 2 room, the first 3-4 days were cleaned every day and well, and after that they practically stopped cleaning, they didn’t even take out the garbage.

Moreover, on the same day, the rest was ruined in the same way for the Polish family (they searched through all the suitcases, but didn’t find towels, and then they said that if there were no towels, then you had to pay). I was also told by the administrator that every one is needed!! ! day to check the availability of all items (towels, glasses, bed linen) and if something is missing, report immediately. We had 2 children, we came to rest, we have nothing else to do, how to count everything every day!! ! in short, the impression was greatly spoiled, they found a way to earn money...

The staff was all young, friendly, they understood Russian. Breakfast (took only breakfast) were monotonous (buffet), no frills. You can choose something to your taste: fruits (peaches, plums, melon, watermelon, grapes), coffee, tea, juices, several types of sausages, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, pastries, cereals, etc. Quiet at night, no one bothered to sleep. The pool at the hotel is small, but there were not so many people around the pool. There is a slide for children. Close to the sea and the center.
