This hotel is not 4 star. They don't really explain anything at the reception. For example, they did not explain to us that the light in the room cannot be turned on until a metal keychain is inserted into a special compartment. There are no flyers about local attractions, no free map of the area. Wi-Fi does not work, poor soundproofing, there are stains and holes on the bed linen. In the bathroom, after taking a shower, a puddle appeared on the floor, although the curtain was used regularly. When they wiped the floor dry and did not use the shower again, the water appeared again. Apparently pipes are flowing inside, and water seeped through the tiles. There was often a long line at breakfast, there were not enough cups and glasses. The worst thing was that money was stolen from us in the room.
