The road to the hotel: Really takes only 30 minutes, no more (not far from the airport). But that's if you're lucky with the driver. We were not lucky either to the hotel or back. They did not know the way, they got confused, and we traveled for almost an hour!
Hotel: A five-story building on each floor, a large hall with sofas, dividing the building into two wings, with rooms towards the pool, and rooms towards the garden) 2 elevators (quite comfortable, with mirrors). Only 4 floors are functioning, the fifth floor is closed, I don’t know what will happen there.
On the ground floor there is a reception (there is a Russian-speaking staff, but still not everyone understands what you say to them), a conference room (it was always empty, it was filled only for the time of meeting with a hotel guide), a bar (filled with foreigners from morning until the last client ), a small shop (prices are, of course, overpriced, but tolerable when you want to buy ice cream or alcohol, but you are too lazy to go far), a currency exchange counter, open until 19:00, the rate is the same as in street exchangers. a gym (with half-broken exercise equipment, almost always empty), a beauty salon (I haven’t been, I don’t know if it is visited, there is also a sauna and a jacuzzi. I can’t say anything about visiting them either, I haven’t been), kids club (many toys, but the area is small, in the locker room, near the restaurant, there are even children's bicycles), a restaurant (there are many places for landing - there are places inside the restaurant, and on the terrace, under the fir trees (for smokers), a toilet opposite the restaurant.

Rooms: Rooms, as I understood from different descriptions and photos in the hotel are different, we got a studio with a kitchen (without dishes and without everything else for cooking). The room is divided by a closet into two zones - a bedroom and a living room. It is inconvenient that the entrance to the toilet with a bath is from the sleeping area, at the very end of the room! The bathroom has shampoo, soap, hair dryer, with an electrical outlet (it is covered with a curtain, so it is not very noticeable). I was pleased only with the balcony, which was 7 m long and 2 m. wide, the largest of all in the hotel. On the balcony there is a plastic table, 2 plastic chairs, and a dryer. It was also very useful, since in this place in Bulgaria there is a lot of humidity and linen dries for a long time after sunset. There are many programs on TV, Russian -5 programs! There is even a "Fishing"! The Internet is only at the reception and in the restaurant, and it doesn’t catch well when people “pick up” it in the lobby are added. The view from the room can be on the pool, on the garden or on the mountains. All views are pleasant, and the audience below does not interfere, you can not hear it if you close the balcony. No housekeeping! The cleaners do not understand any language other than Bulgarian, so it is very difficult for them to explain what is required of them. Know that they will not change your towels until you throw them on the floor in the hallway! And bed linen will be changed only after you tell the reception about it. The floor is washed with one rag, probably all the rooms, since the sand remained there all the time of our stay. I’m generally silent about the lockers, the dust on the shelves and furniture has never been removed at all for the entire existence of the hotel! Like the balcony, never washed.
Territory. As I understand it, in Bulgaria there are no territories near hotels, most of them are without any fences, and you can safely walk from hotel to hotel right along the hotel footpaths. Ivana also does not have a fenced area, which is why she noticed more than once that residents from neighboring residential buildings came to swim in the hotel pool. The hotel has two pools (for children and adults), separated by a bridge, two mushrooms in the middle of each pool delight, from which a stream of water flows, this especially pleased the children, they were just under the fungus! the pools are cleaned every morning and the water is changed, in the mornings from the balcony I watched it all the time, so there is no strong smell of bleach around it. ? Between the pool and residential buildings (which is opposite the hotel) there is a lawn, where you can lie on sunbeds under umbrellas or without). The hotel has a children's playground with a slide, swings, playground, located in a beautiful park where there are many different types of trees. Near the main entrance to the hotel, there are several quince trees that bear fruit very well with delicious fruits (we tried it ourselves). There is a ZORA supermarket nearby, where you can buy Bulgarian products to take home.
Restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner, so there is a lot to talk about. Breakfast (7.30-10.00), as many have already written, is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. Delicious omelette, I didn’t miss the cottage cheese in the morning, but the kids probably wouldn’t hurt the porridge. There is no variety of pastries for breakfast or dinner. Of the fruits we (in August) had only watermelons, melons, plums, peaches. And not quite mature. For dinner (18.30-21.00) the situation is better, there is plenty to choose from, there are even soups that I really liked. And the pasta sauces are delicious too. I was surprised in this hotel by the fact that in addition to water for dinner, tea is also offered here, since in other hotels at HB for dinner all drinks are paid. Tea is given herbal, tasty (with chamomile, thyme, forest herbs, mint). Coffee for breakfast, also normal from the machine, you can with milk, you can without it. There was always enough space in the restaurant, there were few people. Pleasant soft music plays from the TV, which hangs on the wall, above the drinks. But I clean the tables very badly, I have to shake off the dirt from the table myself or change the dirty tablecloth, taking a clean one from the next table.
Excursions: Everyone took excursions at the See More street agency (owner Nikolai) located in the Efir hotel, opposite Ivana, if on the way to the sea. He has them much cheaper than the operator (flying from Pegas Touristic). I went to Istanbul (I advise, I liked it) for one day, that's enough, don't take two days. “Stone Forest” (also worth a look), only we had an excursion combined with Balchik (Botanical Garden and the Palace of the Romanian Queen) + Cape Kaliakra. Therefore, everything is very fast, there was little time to see specifically. But everything is interesting! We were also in a Bulgarian village, you can go there, but it turns out that at the final stop (neighboring in the direction of St. Vlas) there is a restaurant where the same program is available for less money. It's better to go there, we only found out about this restaurant before leaving!

Beach and sea: Walk to the sea no more than 7 minutes, many have already written about this here, that it is not far. You can even see it a little from the top floor of the hotel. The sea is no different from our Black Sea, we were in August, there was a storm every day, there was always a yellow, then a red flag, there was never a green one. Due to the fact that sunbeds and umbrellas are expensive to rent on the beach, we sunbathed, like most of our compatriots, on small strips of a free beach, which are located between paid beaches along the entire coast of Sunny Beach, so a place under the Bulgarian sun, you can always to find. The only difference from the Russian Black Sea coast is that in Bulgaria, in Sunny Beach, there is a beautiful yellow sand and a very good entry into the sea. But in the sea you will not find a single fish off the coast! There are a lot of cafes on the beach, sellers with fruits and food go right along the beach, there are also shops along the beach line where you can buy everything you need if you didn’t buy it at home (beach umbrellas, swimwear, sundresses, beach accessories for children, etc. . d. )
