I purchased a trip to this hotel through a travel agency from the Ost-West Reisen company in Germany, who recommended it to me. They sold me "All inclusive, because according to the seller there were no other options. I bought two vouchers for 10 days.
There were no problems with check-in and check-out, I arrived at night and left in the morning.
The rooms are old, the flooring is dirty and stained. The linen is grey, washed out, but changed regularly. There was a large brown stain on the blanket from wine, coffee, or women's days. I left the blanket in a conspicuous place with a stain up - no one replaced it. Good thing I didn't have to use
The furniture is old. Cleaning was carried out daily, but in parts. Today they vacuumed, tomorrow the linen was changed and the garbage was thrown out, etc. It feels like they are just squeezing what they can out of the hotel without investing anything.
The bathroom is clean, modern, comfortable. The unpleasant chemical smell in the room was upsetting.

The air conditioner is there and worked.
In the morning it turned out that the hotel does not and never had an all-inclusive option. Negotiations with the seller and the hotel administration yielded nothing. The hotel administration refused to draw up a protocol on non-compliance. The company "Ost-West Reisen" did not even send a representative, and they agreed to find another hotel for an extra charge, warning that it would be very expensive.
Sauna, gym, internet is only conditionally.
The staff speaks Bulgarian and English, but friendly, trying to help even without knowing the language, friendly.
Two representatives of the administration speak Russian, although 70 percent of the guests were from the former republics of the USSR. , Mostly Ukraine
Dining room (
The food is disgusting. monotonous, of poor quality. Some parents said that children refuse to eat this food. There were always vegetables, a lot. Tea and coffee only in the morning and afternoon.
The chairs in the dining room are dirty. The dishes are chipped, dirty, there are traces of lipstick and lips on the glasses. The staff do not have hats, they are not trained. Places are often not enough.
The distance from the hotel to the beach is approximately 700-1000 meters. Depends on the road, but not 200=250 m as it was in my brochure.
After 8 days, I just wanted to leave. but in "Ost-West Reisen" they offered me a refund of 50 Euros on an unused voucher and I will have to pay for the ticket. I had no extra money and had to stay.
I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
