As soon as we opened the door to our room, it became clear that the room was VERY dirty. The unwashed floors immediately caught my eye (I didn’t even want to take off my shoes), as well as stains on the towels that lay on the beds and seemed to be clean and ready for use. I got the impression that the room was simply not cleaned for the arrival of new tenants.
Further more. The cleaning lady appeared only after 5 days of our "rest" (before that, I myself wiped the dust everywhere, the floor and brought the room to a more or less normal state), she swept the floor with a dirty broom, took the garbage (we took out the garbage every day ourselves) and... gone!!!
About any replacement of bed linen, towels, cleaning the bathroom. knots, mopping, etc. , which is provided in normal hotels, was out of the question.
After I went to the hotel manager and explained the cleaning situation, as well as the presence of a small child who naturally plays on the floor, whose daily washing plays a very important role for us, the manager said with a disgruntled look that she would figure it out. The next day, while we were gone, the cleaning was done, the towels were replaced. And it only happened ONE WEEK.
2 days no one came, then the situation repeated itself! The cleaning lady came, took the bucket of garbage and....EVERYTHING! I went to clean another room. I again tried to explain to her that it was necessary to wash the floors (the cleaners, by the way, do not understand either Russian or English), since we live with a small child. Then I took her mop and washed our room.
But the worst, as it turned out, was yet to come.
A day later, cleaners cleaned the corridor on our 3rd floor. After breakfast, my child and I were going to go to the sea. Leaving the room, I found a dirty towel in our pram and a pile of garbage, which was collected from the floor in the hallway and also thrown into the pram for the child!!!!!!
In what I was horrified by what I saw, I simply cannot convey. What kind of moral freaks do you have to be to do this!
I went to the manager, explained the situation, to which this so-called manager shrugged her shoulders, called somewhere and said that the cleaners said they didn’t do it. And she believes them! My indignation knew no bounds.
And this is taking into account the fact that on our floor, except for our room, there was not a single person, and in general, only 3 rooms were occupied in the entire hotel, as it was already the end of the season.
Moreover, the manager went up to our room with me, not to sort out the situation, but to COUNT THE TOWELS!!! ! Hinting to me that I myself threw a dirty towel in the stroller to my child and a bunch of garbage!
We have not come across such BOOR ATTITUDE and PICKING in any hotel in any country in the world.
In Bulgaria, in general, were already the 3rd time. In the summer we lived in Bulgaria for half of June and the whole of July (only 1.5 months) in other apartment complexes (Premier Fort Beach Hotel, Apart Complex Galeon) nothing like this has ever happened. They were very pleased.
FROM OTHER MINUSES of this terrible hotel: very cold water in the pool, both in the large one and in the children's one, it is simply impossible for a child to swim, no pots, 1 frying pan and that one is tightly killed, there are practically no utensils (for your own comfort you will have to buy everything in the store), paid wifi (worse than free in other places), no washing machine.
In general, we have never met such a disgusting room service (even the language does not dare to call it a service), shitty and disregard for its customers, meager and poor room equipment.
Terrible place, don't waste your time or money. Rest with children in this viper is absolutely contraindicated.
I will be glad if my review is useful and saves you from staying in this aparthotel.
