I expected better. IMHO a solid middling.

Perhaps I am biased, but I cannot help but compare with other hotels in Bulgaria of the same stardom and food concept. I'll try to be as objective as possible. I will be writing a lot...

1. The location of the hotel is good. There are no buildings around yet and the beach is almost completely provided only to hotel guests. The beach is quite clean, but it would not hurt to take better care of it. In any case, such a beach will definitely not be able to count on the "blue flag".

2. The hotel building itself is modern, with good infrastructure, sufficient staff, excellent rooms, high-quality furniture. Reception works, in my opinion, flawlessly, resettlement, discharge, the resolution of issues is clear and fast. If there are ready-made rooms, then they settle before 14 hours. Nobody is begging for money.

3. The rooms, as I wrote above, are of high quality and comfortable. I lived in a room near the elevator and opposite the stairs and did not feel any noise or discomfort from that.

Cleaning is daily and high quality. Change of towels on request (thrown on the floor). All sorts of figures were twisted from towels, the child was pleased, and for this I left a modest tip every 3-4 days.

4. A lot about food....All Inclusive food is somewhat neutered. Let me just say that the food is delicious and of good quality. However....

First, the range is small. One main course of each type of meat, one fish dish, one grill and several hot side dishes. There are a few salads and a lot of raw vegetables and dressings for them and enough fruits, BUT of them, melons and plums were NOT edible even once during our vacation. Grapes, watermelon, apples and kiwi are fine. Replenishment of trays with food is fast.
I was struck, as they wrote, by the "Russian Olivier salad" of raw peas, corn and sausage, seasoned with sour cream, as well as the "Russian borsch" of the broth and uncut fist-sized potatoes, beetroot, whole onions, green beans and huge pieces of beef ...Apparently they decided to instill in the Germans an aversion to Russian cuisine, not otherwise ...
Baking is great! Sweets are so-so, but the muffin is just wonderful. I applaud their baker!

Secondly, there are few distribution points. During peak hours, with the maximum concentration of people, for example, at the grill, you could stand for up to 45 minutes ...Also for breakfast for scrambled eggs ...Everything is very long and revealingly slow! ! ! Significant! ! ! Well, it's more of a hotel policy in food: artificial pandemonium and a queue so that people just break off to get in line.

Thirdly, the absolute presence of chemistry in all drinks.

Juices are powdered, low quality, carbonated drinks from kegs, but also sometimes with a strange aftertaste, white wine is a mixture of young unfermented concentrate diluted with powdered wine concentrate, and red wine is also white, but tinted. There are no freshly squeezed juices in the restaurant or in the bars. Tea and coffee in the restaurant only in the morning. At lunch and in the evening only in the bar. Drinking only in a few places of the hotel and only from coolers. It is FORBIDDEN to fill bottles, which is honestly written right there near the coolers on the wall. If the child wants to drink at night, then run to the cooler and return with a glass or buy water in a shop for money.
The claimed Italian a la carte restaurant, if it ever worked, it was a very long time ago, but most likely never ...Just a closed room.
In bars, non-local alcoholic drinks are always paid. I'm not a beer and it didn't bother me, but it's still a variant of hotel greed...
The bars are also demonstrative slowness and queues.
This principle of nutrition can be characterized briefly: redneck and greed, but well-cooked ...

5. Animation...Well, it just doesn't exist. Or rather, it is, but such, rudimentary, rudimentary, barely breathing ...Perhaps the only thing that can be praised is the kids club. The rest is very weak. It seems that the guys are trying, but nothing comes out of them ....Evening, so-called show programs are a banal opening of the mouth and chaotic movements around the stage to the music from musicals. The scene is weak, there are few places for spectators, children's discos are not interesting.

6. Pools. There are 2 of them. Children's so-and-so, and an adult is small, there is nowhere to turn around, and even more so to swim. There are a lot of sunbeds, but they are all very close to each other. There are few umbrellas by the pools. The toilets by the pools are completely unsanitary. Cleaning is poor, and the floor drains are specially plugged up because of the constant stink from them.
Even the inscriptions about walking in them in shoes are not. Therefore, the Germans and Romanians go to these toilets barefoot, and then they drag the excrement with them into the pools. Water filtration is not constant, but only at night, and therefore the water in the pools is clean only in the morning, and cloudy in the evening.

7. Beach. It is not so bad, but the hotel was greedy even here: there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, umbrellas even more so. Therefore, people take sunbeds from early morning. My child and I are not a fan of lying on sunbeds, we are constantly on the move and therefore just threw things on a free sunbed by the pool and that’s it, and people with children who love to sunbathe really suffered from a lack of sunbeds and umbrellas. True, the hotel prudently fenced off a place for paid sunbeds and umbrellas. Well, where perishing without additional earnings.

8. More about greed...About bottled water, a paid beach, artificial queuing in the canteen and bars, I have already mentioned. Paid also parking and safe in the room.
I did not expect this from the SOL trademark ...Not beautiful ...

9. In general, I would personally rate this hotel as "tolerant" with a positive trend, but with a clear policy of greed and a desire to take out the maximum amount of everything that is possible beyond the all inclusive. Good enough for an undemanding audience with small children, but clearly boring for young people and adults who gravitate not to a simple seal rest, but to an active one.

There is no disgust from the rest, but I will not go there again ...

Thank you all for your attention and good luck!
