One review has already been posted below. I want to add a little: the rooms are spacious with good furniture, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, the cleaning of the rooms is of high quality, the towels are changed every day, the bed is 3 times in 10 days.
Regarding the recall of Ezhachok, I disagree on many points.
The line SOMETIMES was 4-5 people in the morning for pancakes, but I think that this is completely normal, everyone wants the pancake to be freshly cooked, if you don’t want to wait 5 minutes, come earlier for breakfast. Drinks can all be filled into bottles, + there is hot milk, everything was filled into bottles for children. And in general, there were no problems to take something into the room or take it out of the restaurant, the main thing is that they did not take out the dishes (for this, you can prudently take a disposable one in bars). Drinking water is also available in coolers. Yes, minus that there are no natural juices, only tomato juice for breakfast, all other drinks in vending machines from purified tap water. Fruits are always edible. And there are plenty of meats too. Nobody expects exclusive shark or octopus or lobster dishes in all-inclusive hotels. Seafood was cooked too, salads, appetizers, sometimes hot for dinner. As for paid non-local alcoholic drinks, this is in almost all hotels in Turkey and Bulgaria, this is normal.

As for the toilets by the pool, the nearest toilets by the pool are in the building, they are always perfectly clean, even if someone walks barefoot, there is no sand, because there are tiles near the pool!! ! There is 1 toilet on the beach, naturally there is sand, since there is sand everywhere, it's a beach, and no matter how you go there with or without shoes, it's unrealistic to go in and not bring sand, these toilets are cleaned every 2 hours. Regarding the distribution of excrement, every normal person, walking from the beach, washes his feet in the shower (there is even warm water by the pools). I have not seen anyone with dirty feet climb into the pool or go to the building. The water in the pools is always clean, but!! ! you can swim only until 18:00, then the pool is treated with a powder like bleach.
There are enough sun loungers on the beach, we used to come to the beach at 11, you can always find free ones. If someone didn’t have enough space under an umbrella on the beach, you can go to the pool, since it’s not far to walk 10 meters and not 200!! ! My 2-year-old child did not need an umbrella, and parents of small children, in fact, have no time to lie down and sunbathe. And I also did not see those suffering from a lack of sunbeds, umbrellas.
I recommend the hotel to everyone, especially for families with children!! !
