We have been coming to Bulgaria since 2006. This year 2013 we decided to change the hotel, where everything suited us, and arrived at the hotel with a large group of children. And for the first time since 2006, immediately a negative impression, but in terms of nutrition about HORROR!!!
Basically, all rooms are 2-bed, and accommodate four people. Although the furniture for things is designed for two people. Everything falls off in the rooms, cornices fall if you touch the curtains, soap dishes and glasses for toothbrushes also fall. In many rooms, the entrance doors fell out along with the hinges, the doors in the cabinets also fall off, and the administration is trying to extort a lot of money for all the jambs of the hotel, there was also a divorce supposedly for broken glass of night lamps, although there were none. It helped that we took photos of the rooms upon arrival. Separately, I would like to note the boorish attitude of the maid, who yelled at the children all the time if something in the room was not cleaned, and refused to clean the rooms. Constantly it was necessary to ask to change bed linen, towels, do wet cleaning, if this is not done, some rooms were not cleaned for weeks. The calculation was that the children would not complain.

The food is not at all suitable for children, this combination of corn, baked eggplant, fatty chicken, and meatballs caused nausea and vomiting in children, but there was nothing else to choose, although after another scandal it happened on the so-called buffet, it turned out to be boiled potatoes (usually , with hot spices), cold pasta, buckwheat. In the morning there was always scrambled eggs with sweet kurasan (which for some reason lay in a heated bath), various sausages, on which they crawled, scratched the flies. There were juices all day, but I didn’t feel like drinking them, because the concentrate with the dye was dissolved there, although there was also ordinary water. In general, the buffet at the hotel sounds like this: I ate if I liked something, and then I went to a cafe.
The impression of the beach is also not very good. In the mornings it is not cleaned with a special machine, there are a lot of shells that are very prickly when children play on the beach. But the garbage is also not visible, the free zone is quite large. The hotel was positioned as a children's center, but vouchers to the hotel are also sold as usual, and also fireworks, tourists who immediately begin to make conflicts, which is too noisy because of the children, then one asks why the tourists are accommodated in the children's center, and they do not say anything . Separately, I would like to say about the manager of the hotel, who endlessly creates conflicts, especially because the children are noisy and interfere with tourists. But when tourists drink alcohol right in front of the children in a restaurant, and sometimes sit all night and make noise, the hotel manager told us that you are not alone here!
