We were looking forward to a vacation in Bulgaria, as we went there for the first time and the hotel was highly recommended to us by the managers of the travel agency. At first, I was bribed by the fact that the hotel only opened in 2012. Eh, new, 4 *. They really believed it. It is still under construction. . .
But in order:
1. When transferring from Burgas airport - Nessebar, suspicions already arose, but are we going there ? ! The name of the hotel in the voucher on our hands and in the documents of the guide did not match. The essential Beach prefix to the name Vigo was omitted.
2. A room for 3 adults was paid, we were settled in a room 2 + 1. When the question was asked why not a 3-bed room, the hotel administrator stated that, in principle, they do not have 3-bed rooms.
As an alternative, they offered a 2-seater with a sofa. . .

A room on the ground floor. . . no balcony, the balcony door opens directly onto the parking lot of the Mirage Hotel and the entrance street. Sitting behind blackout curtains when the sun is out is also not a great joy. But one could put up with this, they were not going to sit in the room, but as it turned out, if the sofa was laid out, only a person up to 1.5 m tall could sleep on it. None of us fit that standard. We turned to the guide with a request to change the room, even with a cot, damn it, if only the legs did not hang down.
3. The room was changed for us, there was a balcony, and a 4th floor... Only the air conditioner in the room did not work (((

We slept with an open balcony, since there were no discos nearby... Only at dawn we woke up the cries of seagulls from garbage cans)))
4. There is no hairdryer in the room. Asked at the reception. Then they just left it in their room until the end of the holiday and that’s all) The hair dryer is small, travel, overheated and turned off periodically)
5. They also forgot to put toilet paper. I had to remind you that someone else lives in the room)))
6. We were very sorry that we took breakfast. The son generally refused to have breakfast at the hotel, although there were never any problems with food. When there was a room on the first floor, the smells of the kitchen walked along the corridor all the time, unpleasant, by the way.
7. The elevator broke down on the 8th day of our stay at the hotel on Friday and before our departure on Tuesday, so it showed off the sign "Elevator is broken", a week in short.
8. On the first floor, the sewerage was almost constantly gurgling, at night in the room on the first floor it was very well audible.
