We were in Nessebar in the marina palace 4 * in August 2010. It was the peak season, so a very expensive hotel, it was not worth the money paid. The soundproofing is average, we didn’t hear what was going on in the next room, but the sounds from the skybar came from the skybar, it interfered with sleep a little. Housekeeping is average, far from perfect. It makes no difference whether they left a tip or not. The plumbing has never been cleaned. The TV remote control was constantly breaking, almost every day we rushed to the reception with this remote control. I didn’t have to use the refrigerator, it constantly leaked and, accordingly, did not freeze. In terms of shower gels and shampoos, they are very tight. These are the cons, now a few pluses. Stunning view of the sea and old Nessebar, large spacious room with a stained-glass window. Luxurious bathroom with shower and bidet. Everyone at the reception speaks Russian. Interesting rooftop pool with amazing views.
