Some 8 years ago I was resting there in 2 *. I confess that the service was much higher than in the current 4 * (by the way, at the reception they draw all 5 *). Yes, this hotel has 3 pools and a spa, but cleaning the rooms is something, even if you kindly leave money for the maid. For the money left, they will at most somehow vacuum the room, make the bed and beautifully lay out the towels on the bed, well... and if the maid is in a good mood, she will somehow wipe the dust. Cool? and this is almost for 5*. . . Maybe for someone it is 4*, but I know for sure how cool it was before in ordinary 2*. Therefore, think carefully before choosing this hotel. А какую ежедневную приборку Вы бы хотели? Дома как Вы каждый день прибираетесь? Я лично, даже не хочу, чтобы горничная застилала мою постель руками после тряпки и сооружала фигурки из моих чистых полотенец. Застилаю сама и прошу ее не переделывать. Пусть бы ежедневно только мусор выносила и полотенца меняла. Стараюсь быть аккуратной и просто отдыхать. Есть отели, где прибираются более тщательно, но они в разы дороже. Стоит ли переплачивать? Азалию я не советую, это слишком большой отель и там горничные просто физически не успевают качественно все делать. Бардака гораздо больше. Вообще в Болгарии горничные не надрываются. Если Вам сервис очень важен, то попробуйте Гранд отель Поморие в Помории, Тиара бич на Солнечном берегу, Клуб Эврика там же. А мы как раз собрались в следующее лето в Эстрею, нам там нравится.

Отдыхаю в Эстрее сейчас и уезжать не хочется!!!Устраивает все начиная от номера,питания,Спа и заканчивая расположением отеля.Гуляли вечером по городу,так куда не пойдешь обязательно вернешься в свой отель!Очень удобно.Начитавшись таких отзывов,ехала с опаской,но получилось всё просто супер!!!Из опыта знаю,ехать надо не в пик сезона(не будет очередей и еды будет хватать).Отдыхайте в Эстрее здесь отлично!И ещё горячие, источники заряжают энергией и здоровьем.Они рядом с отелем(платные)и прямо на пляже(водопад из трубы)бесплатные.Всем хорошего отдыха!!!!
