Were in Azalea June-beginning of July. I'll start with the tour operator - ICS travel - low level. (Moscow) We planned to fly Atlant Union, they replaced the airline with Sky Express 1 day before departure (the leader in flight delays, which as a result happened - a delay of 4 hours there and 1 hour back )) and even from the morning time to the evening flight. They messed up with medical insurance. And plus a medical insurance with a deductible of 30 euros, although there are plenty of insurance companies without a deductible (an overpayment is obtained). That year they flew from the Balkans, they were satisfied. Next time we will return to the Balkans again. Alma took the tour, no complaints.
Azalea…. Well, hold on. Now I will write the whole truth about this Azalea))))) What is good about this hotel is its location. Near the sea, swimming pools, the hotel building, which is quite beautiful - and that's it. Nothing Azalea surprised me, in a good sense of the word, but only disappointed. It’s not worth striving to go there, you can find better ones for about the same money (a lot, I want to note). I have no desire to go back there again.
If you want to borrow sunbeds at 6.30 in the morning, eat sour watermelons and generally try to get them (because they are not always given during lunch and dinner, but at times, (and in general the level of cuisine is 3 stars (I compare this with that year , rested in Ralitsa Albena, it was the same, even better and tastier, there are not much differences); stand in line for pancakes for breakfast (because the breakfasts are monotonous and the children ate only pancakes); look for where to go for a walk with the children, because the playground is small and uninteresting and there is no territory at all; constantly think about things left on the beach while swimming, because they steal (I know many cases - glasses, hats, clothes, towels, sunscreen), I personally lost my pareo (beach-entrance yard, security does not monitor the control of strangers); think about how to entertain yourself and your family in the evening (evening animation is repeated once a week, so after 7 days there is nothing to do in the evening); entertain your children yourself, since in the miniclub has a completely zero animator who can ex only use a drawing sheet (there is practically no animation for children) and the children do not want to go there; walk along a rather dirty beach, which is practically not cleaned; in general, think about why this hotel was awarded 4 stars (apparently for the location and beauty of the building) - YOU IN AZALEA.

There was an infection in the pools (the words of a local doctor), a lot of children were ill with rotovirus, many in severe form (they were in the hospital, they were on a drip). We did not get sick, but we had to exclude swimming in the pools from the program (due to the fact that they are poorly cleaned). The doctor advised to drink Pepsi Cola (it kills everything).
In June the service was worse than in July. For some reason, the management gave a signal only by the end of June that for the time being it was better to work.
The sea is quite clean, but there were often big waves. The entrance is convenient for children. Although there are areas with huge stones, what prevents them from being removed is a mystery.
I consider my vacation a success, because we don’t bother with everyday conditions, and with all sorts of little things, but it’s impossible not to write about them.
I liked the Saint Constantine resort less than Albena (I would go there again). Well-groomed areas on the edges of the resort of St. Constantine, and in the middle of the mud. Little lighting. I will never return to this town.
In general, I love Bulgaria, a wonderful climate, brothers Slavs, the nature is gorgeous. With children only there.
