Hotel ratings by criteria:
It is family, because 100% are families with children. There is a lot of entertainment for them: animation, water park, children's kitchen, children's pools and playgrounds, discos, competitions, a good sandy beach.
I've read a couple of reviews so I'm writing mine. We have been resting in Bulgaria for many years, we have been to all resorts. This is the best. But not for young people, they are Sunny Beach or Golden Sands.
Answers to questions: food is good, varied, queues only come at the very beginning, but they are small (5 minutes). Everything is clean (dishes, hotel, territory). There will always be dissatisfied people, we must remember this, but it’s bad that many people don’t go because of their reviews. This hotel is 4 *, but many require it to be 5 *.

Entertainment outside the hotel. From the hotel every hour (until 23:00) there is a bus to Sunny Beach (1.5 euros) where you can take a good walk. You can take a bus to Nessebar (every 15 minutes 0.5 euros). I advise everyone to go to Nessebar a couple of times (take a swimsuit). You can go from Sunny Beach to Burgas (2.5 euro ticket, from the bus station) - there is not much to see, but you can do shopping. You can go to Varna to the Dolphinarium and walk around the city, but it's better to take a tour, as it will be difficult to get back. A good excursion to the Bulgarian village, I advise everyone. You can just walk along the beach in any direction for a couple of hours. Everyone chooses a program for himself or its complete absence.
Have a nice holiday. I will answer questions
