We "rested" in this hotel from July 24 to August 15. We bought it on the all-inclusive system for 21 days. We were one adult and two children aged 7 and 9. We decided, well, let it not be Turkey, but Europe all the same. The hotel looks beautiful, the territory is landscaped. It can be seen that there are bold architectural solutions. BUT, as for the service and the attitude of the staff towards us vacationers, and towards the hotel itself, this is SOMETHING !! ! When I moved in, the problems started. First of all, we were settled with the children on the 8th floor. Okay, not scary, but the elevator was NOT working all this time. I had to go up and down several times a day. And fuck they wanted you to have kids. There was a parallel elevator in the other wing, but it only went up to the 4th floor. So there was a huge queue to him all the time, that it was easier to go with your wing to your floor. Next, as for the beach. On the beach, first sand, then large pebbles. The entrance to the sea is normal. After 20 meters, the strip was shallow. Water generation.
As for the hotel itself. Since this Andalusia is part of a chain of hotels where, in addition to Royal Park, as well as Atrium Beach, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone. If you came to the beach at 10-11 am, then most likely you will have nothing left to do but lie down on the lawn grass (spread a towel) right next to the beach. And trust me, you won't be alone. If you want to use the toilet, then there is none on the beach. You need to run either to the room or to the reception. As for the number. DIRT, there is absolutely no talk of any sanitary standards in the representation of local personnel! The carpets in the rooms are not washed or vacuumed. It looks as if a company of soldiers in dirty boots walked over it. Very dirty, it feels like a checkpoint in the room of some kind of shabby office. Bed linen is not changed, towels in the room are not changed. There is no drinking water in the room. You don't have to rely on a kettle in the room. There is none, no tea or coffee.
All you can count on is soap supplies. As for the area inside the hotel. Since we had to very often go up to the 8th floor (and go down), we constantly stumbled upon vomit on the flights of stairs. This was not uncommon. Some familiar families from Orenburg, Moscow, Vilnius had been ill with an intestinal infection. It seems that the hotel has fallen into the cycle of unsanitary conditions and intestinal diseases from which there is no way out. During the rest, an ambulance came several times. They took away people from young to old. All around there is dirt, mold, smudges, tiles fall off, sockets, locks on the doors are spruce (loose). The toilet at the reception is terrible. Small, and even the door to the inside opens. That is, you need to how about going to snuggle up to the far corner, and then close the door. In the evenings, vomit sits in the sinks for hours. NOBODY is removed. First of all, there are very few staff. Second, it's slow.

Third, lazy. They always pretend to be busy. Everything must be asked through nerves and screams. LOBBY BAR is something!! ! Coffee, tea and drinks are served in disposable cups. It's 4 stars! These cups are everywhere and they are not in a hurry to clean them up. As for food. I rate some of the food as normal, but very often uneaten food from the buffet wanders from one day to the next. It was interesting to observe how many days the cooks would shift from breakfast to lunch, from lunch to dinner, this rotting sausage, fruits, and vegetables. Very often, what they didn’t eat today is served for tomorrow, for the day after tomorrow. Always queuing for food. There are no trays. I had to take plates in two hands and stuff everything that was possible into them.
As for the AQUA PARK. Unsanitary conditions. Came across plastic sunbeds (getting a sunbed is no less difficult) after which the towel is black. After 18 days, the Husband came to us.
Since there was no room, it was placed (or the tour operator did so) in a nearby hotel included in this network. The hotel was called Atrium Beach. They went to visit each other. All the above problems in this hotel are exactly the same as in ours. One senses a single network policy. Someone from our acquaintances at the hotel, after talking with the staff, said that the owner of this hotel chain does not care about anything, everything is up to the light bulb. And the staff itself receives little. SUMMARIZING. I want to note that I am not demanding, but there are too many problems, just too many, here the most calm person will be disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND OTHER HOTELS INCLUDED IN THIS NETWORK!! ! Maybe at first everything was fine. The hotels are really beautiful, but that's all there is. Of course, we went there first of all to the sea, but the service and sanitation took over. And I would personally spit in the FACE of the OWNER of the hotels!!!
Our whole family, including the Husband, who came for us and stayed for only 3 days !! ! - caught LICE!! ! THIS IS VERY HIGHLIGHTING!!! ! Today, August 16, we are finally home. We are engaged in the fact that we remove lice and erase everything on which we slept the first night. We are ashamed to tell our friends about our vacation in Bulgaria. We have nothing to tell them. Although yes, Nesser is an old town. I advise you to go there. But this does not apply to the hotel. As for it, for the money you can definitely pick up something better!
