We rested in this hotel in August 2019 for 2 weeks with a child. Impressions about the hotel are contradictory.
The hotel is located on one large territory with several other hotels belonging to the same hotel chain. The territory is large enough, well-groomed, the bushes are periodically sheared and watered.
The positive aspects also include the presence of a water park, children's discos and the presence of a lifeguard service on the beach.
A good impression was left from visiting the Italian restaurant located on the territory of the hotel.
Also, the indisputable advantage of the hotel, and indeed the rest is the sea, for which a lot can be forgiven.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

Rest was not set from the very beginning. The main surprise during the check-in was the lack of bed linen for the child! 3 times they came to the reception, to the question of changing linen, the administrator promised to resolve the issue within 2 hours, but by the evening the issue had not been resolved. The administrator at the reception directly told us that they would be able to replace the linen the next day. On my question of how the child will sleep without linen, she could not intelligibly answer. However, after the scandal, the second administrator brought us linen.
In general, the Service at the hotel works in the same way: in order to get something, you need to make a fuss and threaten, which was what other vacationers did. Scenes of confrontation were periodically observed at the reception desk, people demanded other rooms, or timely check-in (waited for 4 hours). The contingent of vacationers is mainly made up of residents of Romania, Bulgaria, as well as representatives of the former Soviet republics of Moldova and Ukraine. The behavior of the latter deserves a separate description: Rude, boorish, nationalist sentiments were felt. More than once heard negative statements about Russia and its inhabitants.
There were a lot of people in the hotel, the number of places in the dining room did not correspond to the number of vacationers, in connection with which battles for food and tables unfolded. And here again, a resident of Ukraine showed himself from the best side. On the last day, having cleared their table of dirty dishes, they put their things down and went for food. Returning, we found a married couple at the table, sitting on our things as if nothing had happened. When asked to vacate the table, they rudely refused.
About the hotel itself: the hotel's rooms are old, the rooms need to be renovated. During the two weeks of rest, the room was cleaned 3 times, although cleaning is usually done every day. To get toilet paper and clean towels, you had to walk around and beg for them from the maids.

In the dining room and bars, hot and cold drinks are poured into plastic cups, each time you had to ask for mugs for coffee or cocoa and glasses for wine. The dishes in the dining room are all chipped, in order to put something on a plate, they chose a decent plate.


When choosing a hotel, we took into account the availability of parking on the territory of the hotel and specified it during check-in at the hotel. The administrator at the reception reported that there was paid parking on site in case we rented a car, but when we asked the same question, we were told again that the parking was only for staff at the hotel.
And the last straw was, upon departure, they approached the hotel reception 2 times and warned the Administrators about our departure and the need to send a car by a certain time to pick us up with our luggage and take us to the transfer arrival point. In the end, as expected after a lot of assurances that everything will be at the right time for you, taking into account all the rhetoric of the hotel, no one arrived at the appointed time and had to run headlong and drag all the luggage to catch the transfer to the airport. As a result, a broken suitcase wheel, spoiled mood and impression of the rest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
