I'll try to evaluate the hotel with an open mind.
Pros. Great sandy beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach towels were changed on demand (at the reception you get a card for a deposit). There is no need to get up early and take a seat at the pool or on the beach, because. a lot of places. The food is varied, they do not save at all. Good work of animators (evening shows in the amphitheater, parties by the pool and on the beach with a fire show). The hotel is renovated, the rooms are clean, the air conditioner worked well.
Minuses. There is no information in Russian. The first days felt like on a desert island, we received all the information of interest from our tourists. The hotel is German, mostly Russian Germans (immigrants from the USSR). Animators do not speak Russian - a problem with the children's and teen club. If the kids somehow adapted, then Russian teenagers were clearly superfluous at this celebration of life (my 12-year-old daughter could not find a common language with a bunch of German teenagers and their animator friend "no boom-boom in Russian").
The nearest village of Sozopol (8 km) or the town of Promorsko (30 km) can be reached by taxi. By and large, there is nothing to do there, so look at the usual resort town. I don’t advise you to go on excursions, it’s expensive, not interesting (there is nothing to see in Bulgaria) and the isolation of the hotel (giving the charm of peace and tranquility) forces you to get on the tour bus last.
So. If you want to relax with your children, don't be afraid to let your children go, lie on the beach, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables - you are in Duni!
There were, of course, blunders. For example, at night during a thunderstorm, the light turned off 2-3 times for at least an hour, but we are not particularly used to this, but the Germans were furious (and there was a thunderstorm 3 times while we were there and there were always problems with the light).
Of the problems, I can also note the lack of sunbeds - they had to be taken at 7-8 in the morning : ) but otherwise it's just super! rest is for children - shallow sea, sand, many children, no waves, good food, clean, children's animation - there were some clowns jumping all day. one inconvenience - wi-fi was in a nearby hotel : )
