I went with friends, the hotel is generally good, but there are also disadvantages. pluses: the hotel is new, beautiful, comfortable. there is everything you need (sauna, swimming pool, gym, a normal restaurant, a bar in the hall and a club) the staff is friendly, they cleaned every day, changed towels and bedding. in general, they came from the coil and were surprised every time by the order in the room. moreover, when leaving, they left money, passports, laptops, photo and video cameras anywhere, and every time they arrived, everything was neatly folded, there was no loss of money. and we have never left a tip for anyone. at the bar we were even treated to cocktails a couple of times. The food is delicious and quite varied. In general, if you go with a large company, then you can spend some time in the hotel. the mountain, well, it’s much more interesting for an amateur in Bansko, although a small amount of snow may have affected. you need to fly to Bulgaria in February-March. cons: everyone who says that the hotel has good interroom audibility is right, but not enough to be a serious problem. we lived on the second floor and we didn’t hear the music from the club, it’s all lies, it’s inaudible even in the lobby and restaurant, and they are above the club. but the children from the next room in the morning could be heard distinctly. another minus is English pigs. everything here is tuned for them, both food and entertainment, and their drunken faces, to be honest, they got it in 10 days. and we Russians are told that we are drinking, but we are tasting drinks while the British are eating them! Bansko is much better in this respect. prices everywhere are also doubled compared to Bansko, apparently the reason for this is the remoteness of the resort from the city of Samakovo. Well, in general, everything was good on a solid 4 with regards to the hotel.
