Our first room was not entirely successful - the battery in the hall and the towel dryer in the bathroom did not work. And since it was in the corner, it was not very comfortable to wash. In addition, our friends for the same money turned out to have a much more spacious room.

I told the reception about heating - after 5 minutes the team was already in the room, although the situation did not improve significantly. Instead of a non-working battery, an electric heater was installed. In the evening they asked to change the room, pressing on a child sensitive to colds. Changed without scandal, however, from the next day.
The new room was no longer corner, standard size (about 50 m), warm.
We liked the room - fresh, spacious. Consists of a bedroom and a hall with a kitchenette. In the bathroom there is a shower cubicle. There is an electric stove (working), refrigerator, hair dryer, boiler, TV. There are no pans or pots.

The attitude of the staff was excellent - both in the hotel and everywhere (ski rental, slopes, etc. ).
It cleared up fine.
From food we took only breakfast. When there were few people in the hotel, then the portion system - they give you a plate of food, you pour drinks yourself. Lots of food, little variety. When there are a lot of tenants - a buffet. Then the choice is much greater.
We went to the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi - everything is free, clean, tidy.
There was no Internet in the first room - I went to the lobby (there was Wi-Fi). In the second room, we had a router - there was a network, we downloaded movies from torrents, our son played online.
From the hotel to the ski lift - 300m - in 15 minutes I walked, put on rental equipment and was already standing at the ski lift. There is a hotel bus to / from the ski lift, but... in my opinion, it does not run very often. If you do not need to carry equipment, it is easier to walk.
ATTENTION - there are 5 buildings of this hotel - in different parts of the city. Hence probably some confusion in the reviews !!!
In general, the hotel did not spoil the holiday. From where you can return. If you haven't found a better one. Plus one point for the fact that our holiday as a whole was a success.
