We were in Lyon in February 2013 with a large company (20 people). Settled normally, quickly. The receptionists are not very polite. The rooms are not bad, the apartments are large, but many of our friends could not sleep half the night because of the noise from KARAOKE. Food (took HB) so-so. You won't go hungry, but there is no variety. In the evening, one kind of meat, and that is not always tasty. No dessert. Fruits are normal - oranges, kiwi. Spa is ok. The pool is big. BUT robes only for money. There are always a lot of people in the lobby, smoky, very noisy. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the main shopping street, not far from the ski lift. Bus transfer ran regularly.
